The vehicle was retrieved from the Mazda dealership after a period of 10 days. A significant amount of effort was dedicated to the testing and diagnosis of the vehicle. Another issue arose when the tow truck came and discovered the absence of a 'towing eye' in the vehicle, which posed a challenge in loading the automobile onto the flatbed. Mazda made the decision to not include them as standard equipment. The dealership experienced astonishment at this realisation and subsequently made the decision to get those items for all of their new vehicles, generously providing us with a quantity of two. It is vital to verify this aspect on a recently manufactured Mazda vehicle.

At 1am, we were required to independently arrange for our own towing service, specifically opting for a dolly tow truck instead of a flatbed. The assigned tow truck driver successfully executed the task without encountering any difficulties, hence eliminating the necessity for the use of a towing eye. We were compelled to make the necessary arrangements subsequent to the inability of Mazda Breakdown Service to get a suitable tow vehicle for us.
