CX30 Nav Display

Recommended Posts

It has been observed that the brightness of the navigation screen remains high at nighttime, resembling the Day mode. To such an extent that the lane for making right turns is not visible to me.
When the Automatic setting is enabled, the device consistently displays the Day brightness setting regardless of the current time of day. The Night mode does not activate automatically.
Could someone provide recommendations for resolving this issue?
The user expresses gratitude.

It seems that the intended meaning may have been overlooked. The functionality of the automated mode in relation to day/night transitions is inadequate. In the automated mode, under nighttime conditions characterized by darkness, the screen persists in displaying the DAY mode.

I have completed this task on several occasions. The resolution of the matter is not achieved.
An Automatic Day/Night option is available. During the period of reduced illumination known as the DARK HOURS, the screen stays in its default DAY mode when selected. The mode does not change automatically.

The user often references the Infotainment settings. The term "Reaper" pertains to the Instrument Cluster Stalk, a component of a vehicle's control system. To activate the automatic setting, the user should rotate the stalk counterclockwise. It is recommended to do this action at nighttime or to obstruct the windshield sensor. In order to recall the procedure for engaging the double tap engine START/STOP button without applying pressure to the brake, rotate the stalk until it reaches a dimmer setting. Subsequently, verify the functionality of this process by toggling the lights from the Auto mode to the OFF position many times. To ensure optimal functionality, it is recommended to set the lights to the automatic mode and press the Start/Stop button once. Subsequently, it is advised to patiently wait until all systems have been deactivated, indicating that the desired configuration has been achieved. In subsequent instances, the illumination of the environment will increase during the daytime and diminish during the nighttime.

I am referring to the settings that do not pertain to Infotainment. I adhere to the following procedures:
The topic under discussion is to the settings of the in-vehicle display, specifically focusing on the center aspect. Present
The concept of Day/Night Mode refers to a feature that allows users to switch between different display settings based on the time of day. The feature of automatic day/night selection has been activated.

The outcome of the study is the visualization of maps in a day mode during periods of low light conditions.

The present matter at hand revolves around this particular concern.

The concept of infotainment is considered to be at the core or center of attention. The subject under discussion pertains to the Instrument Cluster, namely the Speedometer. Within this context, there exists a stalk that serves the purpose of resetting Trip A and Trip B. This stalk may be rotated to achieve the desired outcome.

The device under consideration does not include a stalk; instead, it incorporates a switch. However, the outcome remains same. I encourage you to test this for yourself.

This statement is unrelated to the problem I am experiencing. The proposal being put forward pertains to the functionality of the dash lights, which exhibit satisfactory performance under auto-light management. The concern is to the Center Display's AUTOMATIC brightness control.
