Headrests in the third row

Does anybody own the knowledge on how to detach the headrests located in the third row? The obstruction of visibility from the rear is severe.

Is the third row currently in use? If not, just lower it or lower the headrest, which is my typical practice.

I initially had the same belief, but subsequently, I experimented with leaving them in a folded-down position when the rear seat was raised.
The obstruction is significantly reduced when the headrests are in this position.

Simply get a digital mirror dashcam that captures footage from both the front and back of your vehicle. I have placed this particular item on my vehicle, which really assists me during my travels to COSTCO when the rear compartment is already occupied.
