W211 E 220 CDI brake caliper.

Recommended Posts

Greetings, everyone.

How are you?
May I inquire, please?

E 220 W211.

Anterior brake caliper.
I am seeking the carrier.

However, I am unable to locate any information on this component or its part number.

The caliper is functioning well.
New pins have been installed.

There seems to be some residual movement.

Please include any component number, if available.

Thank you, everyone.

I entered my chassis on the Partsouq website.
I examine my brake diagram and get a component number.
Section 75 on the diagram. Brake anchor.

A 000 420 61 15

The graphic indicates it is for the front brake, although a Google search identifies it as the rear brake. It does not state "back," but "rear" refers to the back.

The front and back are indeed distinct.
My vehicle is equipped with a single piston caliper, however the 300 D has a two piston caliper.

Despite my attempts to purchase a caliper, it does not display the carrier or mount bracket.
I must be able to get my share.

Recently, I removed it and neglected to search for the component number.Alas!

Thank you, everyone.

Indeed, it seems to be all I am capable of doing.
I verified the rear schematic for the identical component, and the numbers match; both indicate 'rear' when I search on Google for purchase.

I will either examine my own vehicle to see whether I can access the necessary area or contact them; nevertheless, I feel somewhat compelled to make a purchase when I do so. Merely my eccentric sentiment..lol.

Remain calm, everyone.

It is amusing how often individuals here assert that; hence, it may have validity in certain cases. Alternatively, I may just have had misfortune, since every component I have inquired about at my local Marshalls has been available at far lower prices elsewhere, often identical to the original part.

Components of the pattern will, naturally, be less expensive. Occasionally, it is advisable to incur additional costs when the component number is uncertain.
I have used MB Newcastle and Edinburgh DIY components and have found them to be quite competitive.
