Software Update Model Year 2025

Greetings! I purchased a Stonic MY2025, which has an issue with the media audio. I lack audio output for music sent over Bluetooth, USB, or Android Auto. Interestingly, the radio and navigation audio function well, even via Android Auto using Google Maps and Waze.

I am contemplating if reinstalling the program could resolve this problem; but, to my knowledge, the files for MY2025 are not yet accessible. Do we have any information on the timing of the next update? I have seen information from another source indicating that a new version is expected to be issued this month; however, I am unable to locate any details about it.

A December update is often available. However, Kia seems to be more delayed with its launches.

Have you attempted to increase the volume while using the quiet sources, since each has its unique volume settings?

If unsuccessful, return to the dealer because it is a new vehicle and let them to resolve the issue.

Regrettably, I have exhausted all options, including use a USB drive with music files. It accurately "plays" them, however there is no sound. I tried several devices and both volume controls, but to no avail. I also attempted to reset the machine using the little button. I will wait a few further days to see if an update is published; if not, I will contact my dealer again. Thank you!

When using a Bluetooth source, adjust both volume controls.

I doubt that a software upgrade will resolve the issue. I believe there is a problem with the hardware.
