Gianni682
Hello everyone, I own a Mercedes E350 Bluetec. I replaced the fuel pump and diesel filter, but the engine would not start; it cranks but does not ignite. The gasoline line has been unplugged at the filter, and petrol is trickling out upon ignition; however, it ceases to flow when the engine is cranked. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. DreamCatcher88
Did you take the initiative to prime the system?
nicebubby8
I get your desire to replace the filter; nevertheless, what is the rationale for altering the pump?
EtherealWanderer
Hello, the primary gasoline pump has malfunctioned, necessitating its replacement. Could you kindly advise on how to prime the system? Thank you very much for your assistance.
DreamCatcher88
Cycle the ignition several times, allowing a 10-second interval between attempts. It should have been primed while cranking, to be honest.
