honeycut_mazda5
Today was the day to get a new vehicle. Prior to payment, the dealer representative attempted to register me with MyMazda and encountered Error 400C06; the same code appeared on two more phones. The dashboard did not display the "In Vehicle Network Malfunction Error." The service crew worked on it for around one hour before submitting a request to Mazda Canada. I opted not to make the payment, and my sales representative provided me with transportation home. Five hours have passed without a resolution. I acknowledge that for each individual experiencing issues with MyMazda, there are presumably several more who have no incentive to participate in this forum due to the functionality of their app.
nickoyster4
I removed the Mazda application from my smartphone less than a year after my car acquisition. I deemed it personally ineffective. I keep the Mazda Connected Services disabled in my car settings. I see no use in any of it.
migueldosantos77
I typically use the app to get comprehensive service records, which I may or may not receive from the dealer. Moreover, the application will likely be advantageous in demonstrating to prospective buyers that I possess a comprehensive service history, eliminating the need to carry several printouts. I had a problem with the app, but Mazda Croatia swiftly rectified it; the dealer was unable to assist.
honeycut_mazda5
This morning, I got a call from my sales representative, one day beyond the scheduled vehicle pickup date. The Telematics Control Unit (TCU) requires replacement. Pending delivery for one month. I requested the return of my deposit. Awaiting a response. honeycut_mazda5
I inquired if, if my phone fails to connect to the automobile, we should attempt using a different phone. Once a phone is authenticated, the automobile recognizes that device, and attempting to sign in with the same credentials on a different phone will be unsuccessful. What should I do if I misplace my phone? A 12-hour hold is implemented anytime an unidentified individual (except the driver and secondary driver) attempts to sign in. This is to avert a theft scenario when another individual takes control of the application. What are the implications if we fail to recognize that our vehicle has been taken for a duration of 12 hours?
