KOOLCAR
Hello, how can I distinguish a CLS 350d from a CLS 400d? I am seeking a pre-owned model, and it seems that some 350Ds are misrepresented as 400Ds.
diablos_carcv5
Is the 350 a V6 engine and the 400 an inline six-cylinder engine?
KOOLCAR
Subsequent 350d models are equipped with the same 2.9 inline six-cylinder engine as the 400d, although with varying performance specifications. I am considering vehicles from the years 2017 to 2020. I apologize for any lack of clarity.
diablos_carcv5
It should be appropriately labeled. It seems that the 350 variant was mostly from 2018/69. The 400d, from 2019 forward.
stevenkeyte
If they are debadged, request the VIN number for decoding purposes. The exact model number will be shown on that, or request to see the V5 document.
