Is the whistling or whining sounds in the Sportage HEV normal?

I recently purchased a 2022 Sportage with 25,000 miles from a Kia dealer. I have seen a sporadic whistling sound. It is not wind noise; it typically occurs at moderate speeds, particularly while parking. This issue typically does not occur upon initial ignition but arises after driving for several minutes or, at times, a significantly longer duration. Does this appear to be typical? I am unfamiliar with hybrid systems.

Thank you for your responses. It is the whole hybrid three. I utilised chatGPT, and it indeed resembles the typical sound emitted by the inverter. It seemed peculiar to me due to its intermittent nature. At times, it is inaudible during a drive; at other instances, it occurs sporadically, although it can also be constant, as demonstrated in the video.
