Locks on doors won't turn

You might be wrong if you assume it's completely random. Assuming the following conditions are met:
Unless the passenger possesses the key fob, the walk away feature will not activate if a passenger exits and closes the door 'After' the driver closes the door and walks out of range. If I go around the back of the car to the passenger side, open and close the door, and listen closely, I can hear the arming chirp. However, you are unable to move around the vehicle before being asked to walk away. The tailboard won't close until the key fob holder is no longer within range, at which point the walk away feature won't work.

He raises some really valid issues, in my opinion. Unusual occurrences occur whenever my wife is a passenger, as far as I can tell. Even though her phone isn't even connected to the CX-90, the car will sync with hers if she gets in first. I even removed her phone from the device in an attempt to resolve this issue, but it still syncs with hers first. Everything runs like clockwork when it's just the two of us in the car.

I noticed that mine was acting similarly. At the front of the SUV, you'll find the locking mechanism. And singing as I sat in the rear. It has ceased to function. I am the sole user who has access to the settings, and no one else has changed them. I have activated the walk away lock. I step out and gently make my way away, but it has no effect.
