Intriguing. Window tints have significantly advanced.

That is not the operational mechanism of contemporary window tint films. It is not solely colour film; the majority reflects over 90% of UVA and UVB rays, as well as the infrared spectrum, which are the components responsible for heat production, without seeming glossy.
-
Unless you are using a reflective tint, I would guess that darkening it would merely increase heat absorption.
-
I have coloured ours. It undoubtedly assists in maintaining a somewhat cooler interior temperature (I have not measured it, so it may perhaps be my mind rationalising the expenditure ).
-
I have not performed this on our CX-90, but I previously had it done on our Yukon, and I believe it was beneficial.
-
Has anyone applied tint to their sunroof glass? I believe my CX-90 is very heated and I seek to lower its temperature.

GLC 250d produces a ticking sound when the wheel is turned.

I possessed an Audi that exhibited similar behaviour. The brake pads (Mintex) were found to be ill-fitting, exhibiting significant looseness and movement within the calliper. It ceased when I applied the brakes, when I removed my foot. Generic pads from ECP resolved the issue. -

Mercedes-Benz modified the steering knuckles circa 2019/2020. This altered the orientation of the front wheels. £500 for each side. Are your tires XL? -

I possess a 2021 GLC equipped with Michelin Pilot Sport SUV tires (non-runflat) and have not seen this issue whatsoever. I suspect there was a modification for the suspension of certain earlier vehicles, but I cannot confirm this with certainty. I admire these vehicles; best of luck with yours. -

I am uncertain about the purpose of lubricating the hub or the origin of this concept. If it occurs solely at full lock, it is undoubtedly the tires slipping on the pavement due to the 4MATIC technology. -

The hub may require lubrication. Simple resolution. Remove the tyre, clean the interior of the alloy, apply grease to the hub and then reattach the tyre. -

Winter tires or all-season tires are necessary to prevent crabbing. I installed XL tires on my GLC; a significant error. I refrain from fully locking the vehicle on cooler mornings. I will either install crossclimate tires or adapt to the current situation. Unable to assist with the ticking. -
I recently acquired a 2017 Mercedes GLC 250d x253 with 50,000 miles from the original owner. The vehicle produces a ticking noise, which I have documented, when the steering wheel is turned to the left. I am uncertain whether this occurs when we turn right. I inadvertently captured it on camera. The vehicle occasionally exhibits a sensation of traversing an obstruction in the road while reversing with full or partial steering lock, and forum discussions suggest this phenomenon may be referred to as "crabbing."? I enquired with the original owner, who stated that warranty repair was performed to address the "crabbing" issue; yet, the problem appears to persist. Is there any information on a ticking noise when rotating the steering wheel, as well as a clunking sensation when reversing and turning? I have encountered discussions indicating that the problem may pertain to the steering knuckle, and that Mercedes might provide coverage due to it being a manufacturing defect. I possess a Mercedes extended warranty. Thank you for your attention.

It has been on the market for over a year, likely approaching two years. I have visited several different dealerships. Initially priced at almost £60,000 at another dealership with the same mileage. It is unclear why there is a lack of interest, considering the import duty amounts to around £10,000. -
