  2. In July of 1994, that would be considered a rather ancient CX-90, haha. Must be 07/24 for you. The only issue we've had with our '24 PHEV is the replacement of the steering rack without testing it first. That vehicle is fantastic!
  3. You picked the right option. The electric steering rack was the only problem with my 24' Turbo S, but Madza swapped it out for a 2026 model. Purchased a 26' Turbo PP equipped with all the latest gadgets after the lease expired. Appreciate this CX -90 a lot.
  4. Twelve weeks and six thousand miles of joy. I am prepared for additional exciting road trips.
  5. I still love my used CX-90, which had 23,500 miles when I bought it, even after 2.5 months and about 2000 miles. The paint could be better, but I suppose most people will be satisfied regardless. I have a little orange peel in my paint, and it seems to be a bit fragile, because there are a lot of chips on the hood.

  7. I was worried I had purchased a headache when I purchased a brand new 2024 CX 90 Turbo S Premium Plus and read all the reviews. My experience has been nothing but positive. Perhaps it was a matter of pure luck. At first, the gearbox was a bit clumsy, but after getting two computer updates at the recommended intervals for oil changes, it all went smoothly. Michelin Cross Climate 2s performed much better than the OEM Toyo tires. In Pennsylvania, where winters can be unpredictable, I've found that Michelins provide superior traction and assurance on both dry and wet roads compared to Toyos. There are zero electronic hiccups, squeaks, rattles, shimmies, or vibrations; everything functions as smoothly as the day I purchased it. At the next oil change, I will have the repair done under warranty because I read that dust can get into the back seat due to faulty seals on the rear doors. If I look closely, I can even make out dust on the scuff plate. Although I'm sorry to hear about the CX90 problems experienced by others, I must say that driving the CX90 has been an enjoyable experience for me. Regarding the Tahoe I exchanged it for, I would have to disagree. It has OK power, but it lacks the Mazda's road feel, numb steering, and boxy, swaying ride. Yes, I disabled a few of the CX 90's many features. One of them was facial recognition. Putting on and taking off glasses and a cap made that feature look erratic. About three weeks passed before I became accustomed to using the dial instead of a touch screen. Problems with the shift pattern never arose. Whenever I do it, I don't give it any thought. By the time my vehicle was manufactured in July of 1994, Mazda may have fixed most of the issues.
  8. I looked under the hood, in the passenger footwell, and in the boot for any error codes, but I couldn't find any. I'm thinking the problem might lie with the sensor.
  9. The vehicle was serviced at Mercedes in July, so I assumed the oil was fine since they changed it. I will scan it first thing in the morning. I was hoping to find a regular dipstick, but it's clearly not there.
  10. I have a friend whose BMW had the same problem, and changing the oil fixed it. I don't know why, unless the oil was really old and nasty, but that's what worked.
  11. A defective sensor is likely to blame. Is the vehicle's history of trouble codes scanned?
  12. Hi there! I have a GLLC 2.0 diesel 2020 and I'm having some trouble with the oil display. Despite following the instructions and warming up the engine and keeping the car on a flat service, all it keeps saying is "monitoring oil level." I've waited 50 minutes and nothing has changed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  14. My car was a veritable Christmas tree of lights until I discovered the problem—a faulty rear speed sensor—and had it replaced. I highly recommend getting a code reader, like the Icarsoft LR 3.
  15. I appreciate your advice; my indie does not mention that.
  16. Is there an additional battery in your vehicle? Have you made sure to check?
  17. Hello there! It's fourteen months old, fully charged. I am grateful.
  18. Are you sure the battery is fully charged? OK, buddy.
  19. Good day, My advice would be to invest in a code reader, but I'm not much of a help. In all likelihood, you will have the opportunity to retrieve codes at some point. Taking chances and exchanging components can turn into a costly pastime!

  21. Greetings everyone, Is anyone able to lend a hand? Unfortunately, my gearbox (9-speed automatic) is giving me trouble. Occasionally during the past few months. The gear selector didn't rise once, but after that, everything was fine.Afterward, the gearbox restarted and the vehicle entered limp mode. After a few more dash warnings, it resolved itself. It was either the gear box or the gear selector, according to my independent mechanic. I noticed that the gearbox reset fixed the problem, but now I can't select sport. There is a bit of a bump between 3/4 of the time, but it's not all the time. It is unclear if Indie was unaware because he did not provide codes. Biting the bullet and finishing the gear selector is on my mind. After perusing the links provided, I have Is anyone out there thinking anything? Appreciate you taking the time to read this

  23. Personally I've never been too keen on buying a car without seeing it first Pictures don't always show everything especially little scratches or wear on the seats and things like that Although these companies offering a 14 day inspection and return period do make the idea a bit more appealing. At least you've got some time to check the car properly before deciding whether you're happy with it
