I hadn't considered it, but because the seat's position is the only thing the memory facility modifies, it seems to reason that it wouldn't be. The only way to find out is to just bear it.

The vehicle is a 2014 CLS, albeit that may or may not be significant. Does anybody know whether the controls for the new Dynamic seats can simply be plugged in and used in a vehicle that already has Multi-Contour seats?

This is ridiculous behavior from a Main Dealer, but it's not unexpected; if customers continue to put up with poor service, Main Dealers will continue to provide it. They heard you loud and clear, yet they still chose the fast in-and-out (non)fix and the hefty price above doing what you asked. First, you may lodge a formal complaint with Mercedes Customer Service; second, you can leave a scathing review of the company on Google, which will be viewed by everyone (including Mercedes CS); third, you can visit MCOL - Money Claim Online - Welcome and file a claim for a refund. Recently, I was able to get rid of this incredibly costly garbage by leaving a positive comment on Google. Have a good time and report back....

Do a search on paintless dent repair in your area; I think I could fix it in an hour or less with the equipment I have. A mobile service will go to you, and all you'll need is a fast shine with a DA or machine polisher before you can hit the road. Please refrain from opening the door repeatedly; doing so will just exacerbate the situation.

How successful are people at selling Pandas? One with a good set of specs has been at my spot for 3 months. Not much more than a question. 62 plate, 60k miles, 2 owners, clean title. I don't usually like cars like that, and everyone tells me how ugly they are. I like things with small engines that cost less in road tax, so I thought that £20 a year couldn't go wrong. Even though I've sold a few Corsas, Yaris, Honda Jazz, and Mazda 2s, I still can't sell this Panda, lol. It's also in great shape and now costs less than it did when it was new.
