The touch feature of the infotainment screen is compatible with Android.

Has anybody successfully activated touch functionality for the central screen? I comprehend that enabling it is possible on Apple devices, but it seems that Android devices do not have equivalent alternatives.
Currently, I do not have any touch capabilities, regardless of the speed or if the vehicle is parked or not. I am dissatisfied with the ongoing need to repeatedly manipulate my knob.

Thank you, I have previously seen a video of a similar kind, however, it seems that Android Auto does not have the aforementioned choice. Perhaps the malfunction is exclusive to the Australian edition. They have eliminated many more features from our version. Next time I visit the dealer, I will address this matter.

This is quite peculiar... I possess that choice on my European Union device. What is the current version of the programme you are using?
Perhaps the dealer can verify whether it is deactivated in Australia, however I find it perplexing that they would just disable it for Android and not for CarPlay...

It is unlikely that the component looks the same but lacks touch screen functionality, indicating that it is likely locked by software. I am uncertain if this is an unusual safety precaution exclusive to Canada, because my prior CX-5 vehicle allowed for touch screen usage when the vehicle was stationary.

The CX-70 PHEV lacks touch capabilities in Canada. The 12.3 inch screen is only available on the Premium MHEV variant. Our device has a 10.25-inch screen that is absent of the mentioned feature. In order to discover this information, one must carefully examine the specifications, and even my auto salesperson made an error while we were discussing the vehicle.
