Download PDFs of the Mazda app.

Is there anybody familiar with the process of exporting service report PDFs from the My Mazda app on an iPhone?

The PDFs are being downloaded into the phone, but I am unable to locate them in the filesystem. Additionally, it seems that the app does not provide an option to share or email the downloaded files.

The only method I can extract them is by capturing a snapshot of the mobile phone screen, albeit this approach is not very enjoyable due to the papers being composed of many pages and the inability to use scrolling capture.

The app was malfunctioning till recently. Previously, it would download without any issues, but subsequently, it ceased to do so. Upon clicking to download, the system indicates that the download process has begun, but then fails to complete. The downloaded file cannot be located anywhere on the mobile device. iPhone 15 Pro.

I have attempted it on 10 separate occasions before to writing this essay. Regardless of the service report I choose, it failed to operate on the first 7 attempts. However, it has suddenly unexpectedly started functioning. Upon receiving notification of the download's completion, I proceed to display the file and have the option to send it via email. The item is not located anywhere on the phone.

Currently, the functionality is operational. When you click on the download button, a notification will appear stating "download in progress." Please wait for a few seconds until the download is done. Afterward, you will be prompted with the option to open the handbook.

Regrettably, the functionality is not compatible with my phone due to Android 14's limitation on accessing the data folder.
In order to acquire access, it is necessary for me to download an application from a source other than the official one.
It would be more convenient if the PDFs were directly put in the designated download location.

I installed a third-party application and it works well. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide you with the specific name of the application since I have changed my mobile device.

However, I agree that it is quite impractical, particularly due to the absence of a built-in sharing functionality inside the application.
