heralder
I need an adaptor for my 2023 Prius Prime plug-in hybrid. I want to use the charging port I acquired for the Tesla I had and subsequently lost in a flood after enjoying it for 3.5 years, and had just completed the payments. The connection is available, however I want an adaptor and a cable to use it. I am currently at work and unable to verify, however I believe the Prius charger does not detach from the Prius wire. Does anybody have any feedback?
coolguy
It is essential to contact with both Toyota and maybe Tesla, since speculation over your requirements may lead to the loss of a second vehicle. It is advisable to get certified equipment rather than products from an obscure Chinese manufacturer on eBay.

Ken_Lion
I regret to learn about your Tesla. To use your Tesla wall connection with the 2023 Prius Prime, you will want a Tesla to J1772 adaptor, enabling non-Tesla electric vehicles to charge using Tesla connectors. Ensure compatibility with your wall connection model. Your Prius charger is probably a single-unit configuration, hence using your current Tesla setup with the adaptor should function well. heralder
Thank you very much. I will investigate this matter. Toyota has been unhelpful in this matter.
