  3. I own a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) model known as CX-60 and I use a software application called Home Assistant to facilitate the automation of various household gadgets. The home assistant was integrated with the Mazda API, enabling me to access and see all the data provided in the MyMazda application. Moreover, these data may be used to execute automated actions inside the Home Assistant platform. Please provide an alert when the pressure of a tyre is below the recommended level. Please alert me if the current time is beyond 23:00 and my vehicle is not present at its designated location. Activate the charging mechanism provided that the variable tariff is economically advantageous, the vehicle is situated at the residence, and the charge level of the vehicle is less than 90%. It is recommended to diligently document the odometer reading on a daily basis, precisely at midnight, and thereafter input the recorded value into a spreadsheet. The many functions offered by Home Assistant enhance its use, contribute to cost savings, and positively impact my satisfaction as a Mazda owner, so addressing a demand for increased happiness in this context. Mazda North America has formally spoken with GitHub, requesting the removal of the Mazda integration from Home Assistant. Their allegation asserts, however erroneously, that the integration library used in Home Assistant has been replicated from their Android and iPhone applications. As of yet, the developer responsible for the creation of this exceptional library has not contested the request for removal, resulting in the cessation of functionality for Mazda integration. The observed behaviour by Mazda North America may be characterised as a mistaken and malevolent activity. It remains uncertain if this action is initiated by Mazda Japan. However, those who prioritise the transparency and functionality of their vehicles are encouraged to express their concerns by submitting written complaints to their respective national Mazda organisation. The blog entry pertaining to Home Assistant may be accessed at this location. In addition to the aforementioned vehicle makers, Home Assistant also incorporates many more automobile brands, including Volvo, Renault, Nissan, BMW, Tesla, Mini, and Subaru. The present move has elicited a profound sense of anger inside me, since Mazda has effectively impeded my ability to use some beneficial services by restricting my access to execute them from my own server. Mazda's actions are deserving of reproach.
  4. Thank you for the responses. The manageability of the situation prompts inquiry on the prevalence of this particular observation across all MX 30s.
  5. Greetings. I have just acquired the MX 30 and, given the little duration of ownership, I am uncertain if the observed phenomenon is within the realm of normalcy. It has been observed that when the ventilation is set to Auto, there is an increased occurrence of window misting under rainy conditions, which deviates from the user's previous experiences. Periodically, I find it necessary to alternate between activating the front and rear demist functions in order to eliminate condensation and ensure clarity of the windows. The phenomenon of clarity being evident rapidly. I am hesitant to keep these devices turned on for an extended period of time due to concerns about increased power consumption. The observation suggests that the air circulation inside the cabin is limited when the auto setting is on. Is this characteristic inherent to the system design? I express my gratitude in advance.
  6. We had many successful encounters, and a recent recollection on the social media platform Facebook reminded us of a past event at Hartside café, when we encountered heavy snowfall resulting in practically imperceptible visibility.
  7. I have just verified that my previous vehicle, a model 3, has similarly reached the end of its operational life and has been disposed of.
  8. It has been reported that one of the proprietors used the vehicle with a sense of urgency like to that of a stolen vehicle, particularly while attending automotive gatherings.
  9. Hello, everyone. Is there any knowledge available on a straightforward remedy for the detachment of the chrome film from the front seat level pull (as seen in the photograph)? Are there any repair service providers in close proximity to the London Borough of Bromley that has the capability to do the necessary repairs? MB expressed a desire to substitute the module at a cost above £400, which seemed to be an exorbitant amount.
  10. Really appreciate the help. In the end, I decided to go with those chairs; after removing the exterior arm rests, they fit well. I've completed around three-quarters of the third-row seat installation. I was prepared with zinc-coated steel bars that were 10 millimeters in diameter and had been drilled and tapped to M10 x 1.5. Since I was short on dimensions, I looked at pictures of vacationers on auto trader to get an idea of scale. Well, I got the drill out and, to my astonishment, discovered a captured nut! I made the last two holes and they fit perfectly! So, I quietly put down the drill and sank to my knees, overcome with joy. This has saved me so much time and means that everything required for this task can be found in the MB. Now all that's left to do is inform the DMV and insurance companies about the new mounting plates, and trim the floor to size.
  11. You make a valid argument about renewal, and I agree that it should be investigated before proceeding. Thanks
  12. The comments are appreciated, fellas. For an extra three seats and two windows, I called Admiral. They seemed to be taking the situation somewhat lightly. They told me I'd have to pay an additional £80 for the policy's last three months. When I inquired as to whether or not they need illustrations, they declined. I may give them another call just to be sure. I'll include a cover letter and photos with the V5 I submit back to the DVLA and cross my fingers! I considered a traveler, but they all seem to be ex-taxis with 150,000 miles or more on the clock, and I'm not in the market for a 447 vito.
  13. Hello My 2014 XLWB Dualiner will become a Traveliner after I install a third row of bench seating in the back. I'd want to install 2+1 "comfort" seats in the back row, but I've seen that in many vacation rentals, the extra seat is placed on the wrong side of the vehicle (1+2). I'd want to be in the front row, but the only available seat is on the near side. Can somebody tell me whether this set of chairs will work in this arrangement? It doesn't matter where the legs are since I want to attach four seat brackets anyhow. Perhaps one side of the vehicle has a distinct profile due to the internal paneling. There must be a purpose for this, but I can't imagine what it is.
  14. is right; the two in the center are the newest additions; we sprayed the whole top of the sensor, not just the spherical central section, so there is less space around them now. The bumper was left intact during installation. The sensors were unbranded.
  15. My wife bought some inexpensive sensors on eBay and painted them with Halfords Brilliant Silver using grey undercoat and clear lacquer from the pound store; the whole project set us back around £37, and we still have extra sensors in case we ever need them. They're all OK, but can you tell which ones are brand new?
  16. Wow, what just happened? Do the early Ioniqs not have a filling tube designed for unleaded fuel only? For precisely this reason, they are much smaller than the normal size. I don't claim to know the solution to your query, but would a primary dealer at least respond to what seems to be a completely legitimate inquiry if they won't look at it?
  17. Is your automobile under warranty? Shouldn't a major dealer repair this? This is a worldwide topic, therefore please provide your model, age, and mileage. This belongs in your signature or avatar.
  18. I purchased a repair manual from the internet and am waiting for it to arrive in the hopes that it will address removal. According on what I've observed, it's a time-consuming process that will be made more difficult by the lack of a ramp.
  19. Thankyou for your reply. I did try a search and there were posts on turbos but not removal and replacement.
  20. Hi, My first post on the forum since I just purchased a Mk1 Kuga, 2.0 diesel 163bhp. Unfortunately, I need to replace the turbo and can't find much information online. It seems that the task will be difficult due to its location. Has anybody done this without a ramp? How much time will it take? Any assistance would be much appreciated.
  21. It looks like they have the information on this website and a return note on the customised one with the register. Just print out the recall you found and take it to the store.
  22. Essentially, phone companies have been discovered red-handed sabotaging obsolete phones, whereas auto companies have not yet been implicated. Perhaps if individuals had their vehicles serviced at the dealerships, they could sabotage them in order to sell the new model, but this is a bit extreme.
