  1. Do you own images or a link for your 330d? Thank you very much
  2. I intend to replace the original tailpipe trims with more aesthetically pleasing options, potentially featuring M emblems. My vehicle has twin tips, but they are not the 340i variants on either side, if that clarifies my intent.
  3. Hi has anyone changed the dual tips on an f30 with both tips on the N/S of the vehicle as apposed to the dual 340i tips? Where did you get them? My exhaust is 55mm without the tips? Many thanks
  4. I utilise a hardwired RedTiger dashcam for both front and back recording. High quality, no difficulties with corrupted data, fair pricing (within limits, as all manufacturers utilise identical lenses), and satisfactory picture quality—capable of capturing license plates both day and night. I doubt that Fitcam possesses parking mode functionality, given it is not genuinely hardwired. I have also seen substandard recordings, the status of which I am unaware of about any improvements made in the past year. RedTiger, commendably, has been established for a considerable duration and possesses thousands of reviews. Throughout the years, I have encountered various brands that gradually vanish, likely reemerging under different names due to worse quality. A front/rear dashcam and hardwire kit can be purchased for approximately $120 during a promotion. I perceive no justification for expending far more than that on these fundamental dashcams, particularly $200 or more for comparable technology. I conducted extensive study, and there are limitations to what can or will be accomplished for these cameras. They all boast about their Sony Starvis lens. Frequently, the back camera is identical across all brands. I would prioritise cost and dependability.
  5. Thank you everyone for your assistance. Today, after attempting to directly power the fuel pump to see whether the pressure would rise over 2 bar, I tried to start the engine with the fuel pump detached but powered independently. The fuel pressure indicated ambient levels. With the fuel pump reconnected, the fuel pressure has reached the requisite 3 to 4 Bar. It is my conjecture that the Fuel Control Unit (FSCU) has reset itself after the mistake, and we have returned to regular operation. Unusual.
  6. Suspecting that the problem may have sprung from the hoses linking the petrol pump to the other side of the tank, I replaced the petrol level sensor situated on the left or port side of the car. This is the unit with all the hoses attached. Activate the engine and behold! The fuel pressure has been raised to 4 bar. Following a period of operation, the fuel pressure falls to 1.55 bar when the engine attains its optimal temperature, and the problems reemerge. Despair and Suffering. The car has 109,000 miles, and the petrol filter was replaced last year. The tank was initially full, and I had to extract 15 litres to reach the gasoline pump, hence the tank remained rather full. Furthermore, there are currently no error codes available.
  7. Suspecting that the issue may have originated from the hoses connecting the gasoline pump to the other side of the tank, I changed the gasoline Level Sensor located on the left or port side of the vehicle. This is the one with all the hoses connected. Initiate the engine and voilà! The fuel pressure is increased to 4 bar. After running for a while, the fuel pressure decreases to 1.55 bar when the engine reaches normal temperature, and the issues resurface. Despair and Misery. The vehicle has 109,000 miles; the gasoline filter was updated last year. The tank was originally full, and I had to remove 15 litres to access the fuel pump, so the tank remains rather full. Additionally, there are no error codes present at this time.
  8. The vehicle starts but then stalls, first indicating a low fuel pressure mistake. The pump was replaced, and the engine operated properly throughout testing and during a further 30-minute run the following day. ceased in a conventional manner. then, upon ignition, the engine started to misfire and then stalled. Purged the system of airlocks. The fuel pressure measures 1.75 bar. After a few hours of waiting, the engine starts for approximately one minute, providing sufficient power to propel the car roughly 100 meters before ceasing operation. I suspect that one of the gasoline lines connecting the pump to the fuel sender, located on the other side of the tank, has a leak, causing the pump to circulate fuel throughout the tank. However, I would appreciate any feedback.
  9. No, the cameras are functioning well. The reset has been completed, however there is no difference.
  10. Anyone's speed camera alerts have ceased functioning.
  11. Numerous vehicles from 2022 had features excluded owing to a components scarcity (chip deficit). Consequently, it is quite customary for Mercedes to periodically modify the specs of their vehicles. For instance, my brother acquired a new A200 Saloon Premium Plus one month ago. He was seeing two Premium Plus vehicles manufactured two days apart. The first model had standard AMG line silver wheels, tinted rear windows, and Augmented Reality among the optional features. The second option he selected included the whole Night Edition Package, with black AMG wheels and tinted rear windows, but excluded Augmented Reality. Conversely, the vehicle was equipped with a heated steering wheel. He was able to comprehensively evaluate the specifications since our regular salesperson retrieved the Oasis Reports for both vehicles. As of September 11th, all Premium Plus A Class cars get the complete night package with a slightly altered specification, as stated in the brochure. The first automobile was constructed on September 10th, whereas the one he purchased was manufactured on the 12th. Two days apart and a substantial specification change. The most effective method to ascertain the precise specifications of the vehicle is to get the Oasis report when purchasing from a Mercedes dealer, or to use one of the several VIN decoders if the VIN number is available.
  12. Incredible, all that effort only to substitute a coolant pipe.
  13. You have not perused an article about lower control arms... astonishing.
