The gearbox exhibits a lack of smoothness, characterised by jerking or banging at low speeds.

I acquired my CX90 Turbo Premium Plus within the first month of its release. Despite owning the vehicle for more than a year, I remain dissatisfied with the performance of the gearboxes, particularly at low speeds and when the i-STOP feature is on. When the automobile is travelling at low speeds, such as at a STOP sign, its stopping or accelerating behaviour is erratic and abrupt. In addition to the low speeds of 5-20 mph, I also had a momentary loss of gearbox at around 55 mph. The car feels a bit better for a week or two after the service and goes back to the same behavior. Disabling i-STOP improves the experience somewhat, but it requires manual intervention each time the vehicle is stopped or started. The identical problem has caused me to take my automobile to the dealership for the third occasion. The support agent informed me that there are other customers who have experienced a similar problem. Recalls and software updates are implemented in an effort to rectify the problem with the automobile.

Has anybody encountered a similar problem?

Was this feature included in the upgrade for the radar cruise control, or is it separate? Do you happen to own the programme version or any further information that you can provide? The performance of this automobile in stop and go traffic is unsatisfactory. That is my main complaint.

Utilise your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to ascertain your eligibility for any existing upgrades. Contact your service department to get their records and verify the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) associated with the software version used. Comprehensive documentation exists for all actions performed. If you continue to have an issue, please inform the service department.

I received a call from my service department informing me that a recent upgrade, which was done two weeks ago, may need another update. They requested that I bring in my device for inspection. I personally did not see any problems.

Today, I visited the dealership and inquired about the SSPD6 and recall 6724E. However, their system indicated that both issues were marked as "closed". Around a month ago, I verified my vehicle identification number (VIN) on mazdarecallinfo.com and discovered that the recall had not been completed at that time. The most recent upgrade for my CX90 occurred in February. The service manager informed me that Mazda just sent him an email notifying him of upcoming recalls. I am curious whether Mazda has chosen to discontinue the prior upgrades and plans to release fresh ones instead. I lack certainty, thus I am only speculating.

I successfully convinced them to implement an updated version of the TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) to address the issue of "Noise From Engine Compartment At Idle". Currently, the engine idle no longer exhibits the peculiar "galloping" noise.
