Dipitane

Recommended Posts

Following an instance of 'limp mode,' my E350 had an engine repair and health assessment, with no cautions reported by the technician. They said that the issue may have resulted from a 'stuck EGR' and recommended being cautious about fuel purchases (which I already do) and use Dipitane. I am inquiring about the safety of this product and if anybody has prior experience with it. Thank you in advance

Although it is already present in the fuel, augmenting it results in a cleaner combustion inside the chambers, yielding less smoke and debris. Et cetera. It is further enhanced when combined with cebo. Or Hydra EHN-99

My personal choice is premium diesel; nonetheless, it is obviously more costly than including Dipitane or other diesel fuel additives.

Nonetheless, this may constitute an effective technique moving ahead; however, if the EGR is obstructed, it must be removed and thoroughly cleaned or replaced. Fuel additives may temporarily resolve the issue.

I received one liter of Dipthane and used it all.I am not asserting that it was ineffective (I have never disassembled the engine to investigate!). However, it felt identical and did not impact the measurable miles per gallon.
