Perform a system reboot by using the little aperture located under the knob; use a pen or a similar object, as this resolved my issue. KWILB Posted September 9 Share Posted September 9 The probable cause is that the eSIM has lost its connection to the server, maybe due to inadequate mobile signal or a malfunction.
