Perform a system reboot by using the little aperture located under the knob; use a pen or a similar object, as this resolved my issue. KWILB Posted September 9, 2025 Share Posted September 9, 2025 The probable cause is that the eSIM has lost its connection to the server, maybe due to inadequate mobile signal or a malfunction.
