peakroach
While it is possible, I deem it improbable that I am the only CX 90 owner discontented with local dealerships and Mazda of America in Irvine, California. Specifically regarding Mazda of America in Irvine, California, they take exceptional measures to obscure phone numbers and email access. For an inexplicable reason, my formerly attentive and accountable local dealership, Hello Mazda in Valencia, California, has transformed into an AI/bot-driven entity characterized by rudeness and arrogance. This design inherently puts owners in the frustrating situation of lacking choices. The subsequent logical action would be to reach out to Mazda of America. Given that Mazda of America takes exceptional precautions to prevent consumer contacts, contacting Mazda of Japan seems to be the next natural course of action. I have a buddy in Guam who is a native speaker for assistance. Requesting counsel. Thank you very much. Thank you to everybody that answered to my question. Regrettably, the problem with my 2024 CX 90 remains unsolved. Mazda of Valencia, California, and Mazda of America in Irvine, California, exhibit indifference and deliberately obstruct communication with Mazda customers and owners. This will become a lemon law matter starting Monday morning. I extend my gratitude to everybody who replied.
HOV
I am in Hawaii. I have had abysmal responses from Mazda and the store. I have own two Mazda CX-90 vehicles in under 12 months, both of which have suffered total failure attributed to the hybrid system, i-stop, and engine malfunction. My first car malfunctioned at 19,200 miles, whereas my second vehicle failed at 18,620 miles. This is intolerable! I have not received a loaner or been informed of the repair duration. I am still awaiting contact from Mazda USA. I was informed that I am on a list for expedited treatment, although I have not received any updates so far. I like the vehicle for its superior interior quality, exceptional fuel economy, and aesthetically pleasing design. I really miss my Mazda; nonetheless, this track record for build quality and dependability is unacceptable. Mazda must own responsibility for its deficiencies. As a very dissatisfied customer, I regret not purchasing a Hyundai or Kia at this juncture. I never anticipated expressing that! However, this is my current situation... I was the foremost advocate for Mazda. Not to the same extent any more!

Doncaster34
I am experiencing same problems with my local dealer. Mazda corporate is ineffective, having initiated over five inquiries with corporate oversight. It has been unproductive when I informed Core that my local dealer is unable to resolve the issues with my vehicle. They suggested that you take it to another dealer for further examination. Ken_Lion
Do you own a PHEV or MHEV?
peakroach
Thank you for your response. I own a mild hybrid electric vehicle (MHEV).
Ken_Lion
While PHEVs seem to be more susceptible to issues because to their intricate hybrid systems, MHEVs also encounter significant challenges. We regret to learn of any CX-90 experiencing persistent troubles and hope the dealerships can assist the owners effectively. Regardless, maintaining documentation and consulting a lawyer if required may be advisable.
