Automatic door unlocking malfunctioning post-service.

My CX-90 underwent maintenance at the dealership last week. Software updates were implemented. Currently, the proximity feature of the car unlock key is malfunctioning. Prior to the service, as I neared the driver's door, it became unlocked. Following the service, the door remains locked. I must physically disengage the door lock by utilising the unlock button on the vehicle key. The configurations are adjusted to keyless entry mode. Has anyone encountered this problem? If that is the case, what prompted you to rectify it?

The door does not unlock merely by approaching the vehicle. It has consistently necessitated a contact, either via the keyfob or by placing fingers on the interior of either front exterior door handle, without making contact with the outer surface of the handle.

I comprehend that this is accurate. It has the capability to LOCK autonomously when you depart, yet it cannot UNLOCK upon your return without utilising the keyfob or making contact with the door handle, as Etex clarifies.
