Yet another contented patron of the wheelshop has arrived. I suggest acquiring the kit that contains a jack. I intended to repurpose the jack from my compact Yaris, but the disparity in weight is excessive. The ratchet handle on the wheelshop jack is significantly more user-friendly than the conventional bent rod variant.

I possess a space saver wheel and kit acquired from The Wheel Shop. It accommodates the available space beneath the floor exceptionally well (once the polystyrene insert has been removed). Any of the equipment currently present can be repositioned in multiple locations, including within the new spare tire.

I presume that a 17-inch space saver wheel is merely a temporary solution to reach home. Is it not a pump-up? Favourable cost for the kit, much appreciated.

I appreciate the information; I will examine your link.

Ebay is likely your optimal choice for full-sized wheels and tires. A high-quality hydraulic jack effectively elevates the vehicle, yet it will significantly reduce trunk capacity and add considerable weight to transport. I purchased a space saver and jack from https://www.thewheelshop.co.uk/. It functions effectively and prevented me from being stranded when I experienced a flat tyre recently. I possess a GT Line S, and currently, obtaining tires is challenging; therefore, I have a new one at home, prepared for use if necessary…

Kia EV3 equipped with an extended-range battery; where can I procure a full-sized tyre and jack, and will it fit in the rear compartment?Any additional guidance would be appreciated. I appreciate it.

Greetings everyone, I possess a 2003 E320 CDI W211, and I am experiencing the following problems: Initial instance, battery depletion during the nite When the ignition is activated, a particular light illuminates regardless of the light switch's setting; subsequently, if I switch the light control to auto or on, the driver's side remains illuminated while all other lights flicker, including the interior dome lights, footwell lights, and steering wheel control lights, which is quite bothersome. I continually experience the battery convenience features being disabled, only to revert to enabled intermittently. The blower activates and deactivates in sync with the battery convenience alert. The parking sensors are malfunctioning. The rear windscreen wiper is inoperative. When I press the button to access the area of the CD changer, it fails to open; I suspect I do not possess a CD changer, yet the door remains unresponsive. My radio was nonfunctional until I performed a fibre optic bypass on the module in the trunk; it now operates perfectly. No indication of a red battery light or any alerts! The crimson battery indicator illuminated briefly while I had the heater at maximum, wipers activated, radio playing, and lights engaged. New primary battery with charging at 13.8/14 volts during operation. Could you provide any suggestions? I appreciate it.

According to what I discussed with my regional manager, if you reach 3/32 at or before 15,000 miles, you are eligible for a full replacement. In the subsequent miles, the scale is sliding up to 29,000 miles. A few vendors might even be willing to work with you on 4/32. To get an official reading of the mileage and wear, you'll need to visit the dealer. What this means is that the onus is now on the individual dealers rather than on corporate.

CX90—Tires made by Falken

Falken tires are on my 24 CX-90 PHEV. Michelin Primacy Tour A/S tyres were just installed after I put 29K miles on the old ones. In comparison to the new Michelins, the Falkens make an extremely audible racket when driven on rough roads. The Primacy Tour A/S are exceptionally silent thanks to their built-in soundproofing. However, it is pricey. When I showed the dealer the price tag from CostCo, where I purchased the tires, he flat-out denied that he could match it. -

It's worth noting that the original equipment manufacturer Toyo Open Country A50 tires were installed on my 24 model with 21" wheels. After 38,000 miles (with a few more to go), I got new ones. Some 19" wheels were originally equipped with Toyo Open Country A51 tires. That is, if there is an alternate dealer option that is either free or has a discounted price.

According to what little I've read, there will be no new "upgraded" Falkens released. Until you cross the 18Kmi mark, your best bet is to receive a free set of replacements. Tires with a harder compound will last longer after the second set fails.

Apologies, but I am aware that this topic has been discussed before, in 2025. Curious if anyone has heard anything new? Twenty-four CX90s, 17,000km. brought to a nearby mechanic for evaluation. He claimed that both tires were nearly flat. Got in touch with the dealership and Mazda headquarters via phone calls. Everyone is aware of this issue, and they both think $18,000 is too little. HQ informed me that tires have provisions, but they were unable to provide me with any details. Next week, the dealer will review them and send something to headquarters to be resolved. What I've been reading about "new upgraded Falkens" has me wondering if that's what it will be. Has anyone heard anything unusual? Much obliged.

Has the VIN been submitted to a Mercedes dealer or a supplier of specialised parts been considered? Either the star/baseplate assembly or a different part number may be listed for that little connecting bracket. It is highly recommended to have it replaced promptly due to the broken clips and the possibility of the part coming loose while driving. -

When I replaced mine, I noticed that the part had been replaced with a one-piece unit; perhaps yours has too.
