This information may be relevant to anyone considering the purchase of a facelift W221 S350L BlueTec, or for those who are just interested. On October 1st, 2021, I purchased a S Class car. Prior to that, I sold a 2013 SL350 and made a profit of £7k, which I may use to cover future repair and maintenance costs for a time on the W221 model. Below are the specific specifications of the automobile and the total expenses spent on it over a period of two years, up until September 30th, 2023.

I am experiencing a same issue with my 2007 E350. Occasionally, I experience a repetitive and audible "thumping noise" whenever I encounter a pothole or encounter any other substantial irregularity on the road surface. This noise seems to originate from the underside of the rear of the vehicle. The noise seems to resemble the sound produced when the exhaust system comes into contact with the underside of the vehicle. I have consulted my mechanics on the problem, and they have thoroughly examined all components, including the exhaust, suspension, wheels, and steering systems. However, they have not identified any abnormalities or faults. Upon reflection, I am contemplating the possibility that the battery in the trunk may have been dislodged, causing it to move abruptly when encountering a rough surface. This movement may be responsible for the vibrations that give the impression that the noises are originating from underneath our automobiles.

Excellent article...I am experiencing a problem with the suspension on my vehicle, similar to yours. It is making squeaking and creaking noises. Additionally, I am seeing the same issue when one or both of the rear suspension systems drop overnight sometimes. Due of my lack of technical expertise, I intended to visit the nearby Mercedes dealership and request them to repair the whole suspension system. However, I anticipate that it will be exorbitantly costly.

The connectors are components of the adapter leads that are included with the dongle. -

The GT Line S is compatible with the DashCam since it has a power dipping mirror. It is worth noting that DashCams typically do not use HDMI as their major power source. The available options for the connectors are Micro USB, Mini USB, or USB C, all of which include a USB A connector on the power supply side. -

I have successfully installed the Hardwire Kit, which included the appropriate Micro 2, to enable continuous 24-hour monitoring of our dashcam in our third NQ5 Sportage. -

The item was procured by my nearby retailer and became available for collection within a few days. Indeed, it oscillates until it is completely fastened. In addition, I applied blue thread lock to prevent any loosening caused by vibrations.

Indeed, I opted for a tow hook plate holder. In order to avoid damaging the original tow hook cover, I obtained a new one and carefully created a hole with the precise diameter required. Subsequently, I had the newly modified cover painted.
-
The component is the straightforward segment. The cost is around $60, and your parts department should be able to get one for you within a few days. The cost of the tow hook is about equivalent. Consult your dealer and inquire if they have the capability to arrange for the painting of the item on your behalf. I was experimenting with an additional component to be used with a front plate holder. The dealership has a paint restoration specialist who visits once a week to handle minor tasks. They kindly repainted my vehicle at no cost. The alignment of the metal flakes in the photographs seems to be different from that of the surrounding surroundings. Although not flawless, it is quite near to perfection.
-
Has yours become detached? They are securely kept. It is difficult to determine from the photo, however if your colour has metallic flakes, the colour will not match unless you also have them mix a section around it.

I undertook the procedure of rectifying the error on my automobile's V5C document, since the dealer who sold me the car had misspelt my first name and neglected to include my middle name. I completed Section 3 as required and sent it to the DVLA without included a cover letter. Section 3 of the form is explicitly designated for communicating a change of name and/or address. Approximately two weeks later, I got the revised V5C document which now had my middle name, but unfortunately still included the incorrect spelling of my first name. How frustrating! I contacted the DVLA and had a conversation with a quite cooperative woman who agreed to rectify the misspelling and provide a new V5C document. She instructed me to discard the wrong item upon receiving the re-issued one, which came three days later.
-
That is peculiar and differs from my own observations. I established my DVLA Driver and cars account a while back and effectively registered my two cars on it. One of the vehicles is listed on the V5C document with simply my first name and surname, while the second vehicle has my first name, middle name, and surname. Both my passport and driving licence have my first name, middle name, and surname.

I would want to address the issue that they lack personnel that are trained alongside the dealer. Adhering to the warranty requires servicing the vehicle at an authorised dealership. If the dealership is unable to do the service, an alternative arrangement must be made. Consider this scenario: a panel develops rust and Kia refuses to cover the repair, just because it was not inspected, even though it had been marked as dealer maintained.

When importers bring in Japanese cars, they typically do not modify the dash or clocks. Instead, they install aftermarket heads-up displays (HUDs). I suggest looking into a similar option. Personally, I have a HUD on my M4, and while I could manage without it, I find that when it is in "M" display mode, resembling a jet fighter layout, it can be distracting when making right turns, especially in tight corners or on streets. It creates the illusion that there is an obstruction present.Although it may seem unusual, it is visually attention-grabbing. However, it seems typical when seen under regular circumstances.
