Greetings to everyone, Seeking guidance. 2001 Mini One R50 model. The LCD section of the speedometer and tachometer is not displaying, as depicted in the images. Having no prior experience with this model, I have worked on several R56 Ones and Coopers. Is there a footwell module or another typical issue associated with this, similar to the R56s? The tachometer and speedometer are operational; I have attempted to disconnect and reconnect the tachometer. Any guidance on potential sources would be valued. Thank you

Greetings everyone, I utilise a Motorola MA1 dongle to obtain wireless Android Auto. In my RAV4, the MA1 functioned flawlessly; I would keep it plugged in, and each time I entered the vehicle, my phone would connect automatically. In the NX450h+, the connection is not seamless; each time I enter the vehicle, I must access Bluetooth settings, choose my phone, choose an additional option, and then my phone will connect. Are any of the alternative adapters seamless? I seek a permanently plug-in adaptor that enables my phone to connect to the car instantly upon entry, similar to the functionality of my MA1 in the RAV4. Do you have any suitable recommendations?

I secured the star adjuster until the rotor was immobilised and then loosened it slightly. Attach the wheel and engage the handbrake to the fourth click, then manually rotate the wheel. I modified it till the fourth click secured the wheel, rendering it immovable by hand. This caused the brake shoes to excessively contact the rotors, inhibiting rotation by more than 25% of a full turn. It felt inappropriate, so I adjusted it more. The wheel operates more efficiently with a degree of resistance. However, the brake will not secure the wheel until the seventh click.

I am curious about the necessary adjustments for the brake shoes. I can manually rotate the wheel till the seventh click on the handbrake. It will be secured at that juncture. However, it will not secure the vehicle on a steep incline. Nine clicks would be necessary on a hill. Must I make additional adjustments? I positioned it somewhat closer, but this caused the wheel to rotate less readily by hand. The wheel would almost instantaneously cease rotation when being turned.

Recommendation for batter substitution

Thank you. Does anybody has expertise with Powerline or Endoruline batteries? -
Hello, I am an E90 owner with the original battery that has now reached the end of its lifespan. Do you have any effective budget recommendations for a replacement? It will be sold. Is 900 CCA equivalent to 90 Ah? Thank you very much

Have you verified that the handbrake works smoothly? The pivot on the handbrake bracket of the rear axle case often seizes. This prevents the brake shoes on the passenger side from releasing, causing the drum and disc to overheat.

Door actuator, new primary battery, deteriorating spare key, rear differential and new seals, all four wheels need adjustment. We also opted to update the gearbox oil. -
Greetings everyone, I purchased my Evoque in December 2024 and somewhat regret not heeding the alarming accounts I had encountered about them beforehand. Acquired a vehicle at a premium from a dealer, including reasonable mileage and complete service history; nonetheless, an additional £3,000 was required within the first three months of ownership, mostly subsidized by the dealer, fortunately. I have been well since then, and I hope it remains thus. However, there is a little issue now; the near side back seat belt fails to engage. I have applied a spray on it. I used lithium grease and attempted to work it, but it remained ineffective. What is the difficulty level of replacing it with a new buckle? It seems that the back seat must be detached, and I have seen a guide on this procedure; but, what is the process for addressing the buckle itself? Thank you in advance.
