  1. Who informed you about that? I am aware of numerous individuals in the scene who have been apprehended by law enforcement and compelled to remove it immediately or incur a penalty. If you are having the tint applied by a professional, they should be aware of the legal tint limit for front windows and guide you accordingly. If they are not, seek services elsewhere, since they are misusing the term 'professional.'
  2. I am unable to assist you directly, as it has been quite some time since I undertook a DIY window tinting project, and I have never employed a professional service. It is consistently a task I intend to complete but never do.
  3. I recently acquired a 2017 Mercedes GLC 250d x253 with 50,000 miles from the original owner. The vehicle produces a ticking noise, which I have documented, when the steering wheel is turned to the left. I am uncertain whether this occurs when we turn right. I inadvertently captured it on camera. The vehicle occasionally exhibits a sensation of traversing an obstruction in the road while reversing with full or partial steering lock, and forum discussions suggest this phenomenon may be referred to as "crabbing."? I enquired with the original owner, who stated that warranty repair was performed to address the "crabbing" issue; yet, the problem appears to persist. Is there any information on a ticking noise when rotating the steering wheel, as well as a clunking sensation when reversing and turning? I have encountered discussions indicating that the problem may pertain to the steering knuckle, and that Mercedes might provide coverage due to it being a manufacturing defect. I possess a Mercedes extended warranty. Thank you for your attention.
  4. It is pleasing to learn that it outperforms rival all-wheel drives. I have viewed a limited number of off-road vehicle videos on YouTube. I will attempt to create some off-road action videos independently for upload this month. I require a compressor from a friend for one day to modify tyre pressure for sand.
  5. Having previously had tiny hatchback vehicles and currently possessing an Opel Insignia station waggon alongside a CX-90, I believe there is plenty to learn regarding both the brand and the model. I am currently residing in Saudi Arabia, perhaps for several more years. I believed the CX-90 would be an effective vehicle for my journey from that location to this one. The primary factors are the design and cost. At this pricing point, there are limited alternatives available. I also contemplated the Toyota Highlander; however, the interior design failed to captivate my interest. I would also like to note that it was diminutive and costlier. The image indicates my intention to assess the vehicle's off-road capabilities during my leisure time. Transported it to the sand dunes a few days ago. Certainly not an off-road vehicle, although it was enjoyable to observe all-wheel drive in operation.

  8. Is the pre-turbine sensor pipe the conduit that links to the exhaust back pressure sensor? Upon inspection, it appears to be clear. I also inspected the brakes, and they are in satisfactory condition.
  9. My car has recently encountered a significant problem with excessive fuel use. I previously achieved a minimum of 450 miles on a half tank, but now I am only attaining approximately 300 miles at best, and I am uncertain as to the reason. The vehicle receives a full tank and undertakes a 300-mile motorway excursion weekly. I regularly undertake extended motorway drives at 70 mph for over three hours, so I doubt it could be the DPF, although I am not totally certain. I previously had an exhaust back pressure sensor problem that resulted in a powertrain fault on iDrive; however, after replacing the sensor, the vehicle no longer displays that fault. I have poured DPF cleaner to a full tank and executed another thorough drive on the freeway, but to no avail. I have recently undergone a significant service that has yielded no results. I consulted BimmerUtility, which indicates my soot levels are at 45.99g. I have observed this value decrease to 8g, but it occasionally spikes to the high teens or abruptly returns to approximately 45.99g. I previously had a 24C800 error, which was resolved by replacing the sensor. However, I am now facing a 25C800 error. Does this indicate that the DPF need replacement and is it the source of the problem?
  10. The CX-60 suspension, an enduring advantage... Examine the many postings on the topic by using the forum's search engine.
  11. I transitioned to the Pirelli WeatherActive Scorpions 8,000 miles ago; I previously had a PHEV PP. Appreciated the fresh tires. Disliked the Falkens, almost exhausted after 12,000 km. I was so impressed that when I purchased my new CX-90 Turbo S PP this week, I instructed them to install Pirelli tires on my new car and transfer the tires from the new vehicle to my trade-in. I am certain that my Pirelli tires, which have 8,000 miles on them, will surpass the longevity of the new OEM tires on my Turbo S. Although the new vehicle is equipped with Toyo tires instead of the inferior Falkens, I still like my Scorpions far more. I agree that the Michelin CC2s would be a commendable selection.
  12. It seems to be water intrusion. Does the older 5 Series still include the large yellow grommet on the passenger side bulkhead?
  13. It seems that you own the key and that the unlocking mechanism has been activated for some time. It is easily accomplished, and you would not be the first to do so. Pressing and holding the lock button while the windows are open will cause them to shut upon locking; conversely, holding the button while locked will result in the windows opening or closing.
