another_clean_sheet
Primarily a complaint, I have been actively searching for an individual who own a Bovee / Tune 2 Air device that they no longer use. As I exhausted all other possibilities and resorted to a Want to Buy (WTB) topic, I have encountered scammers in every private message (PM) I get. It is rather evident that when the user provides a complete name (since people seldom use their true names), the message often states something like "my 'friend' possesses what you seek!" Contact him by email at [email protected] or a similar address. On alternate days, a different Prime Minister takes office, often delivering a similar message. Do other individuals get fraudulent private messages, or is it limited to the "Want to Buy" section? Furthermore, I need the deletion of my topic. Can the moderators provide assistance with that, at the very least?
colinallcars
I recommend that you report all of these fraudulent individuals to the moderators so that they may take appropriate action and ban them.
bentleygt77
It is now the opportune moment to exploit the scammer honeypot you have set up.
ENVIOclev
I am unable to access those private messages. If someone receives a suspicious message that seems to be a scam, please report it or forward it to me, and I will take the necessary steps to delete it. In addition, I verify the user's Internet Service Provider (ISP) and often find that it corresponds to another account. Consequently, I proceed to block both accounts. Would you want me to remove the thread?
another_clean_sheet
Indeed, kindly remove the thread. Allow me to verify whether I am able to provide you with both of the user names.
CelestialSeeker
This phenomenon is not limited to this particular online discussion platform. Nowadays, every forum receives a substantial amount of it. We are now being targeted by a series of inept and non-aggressive cyber frauds. With a success rate of barely 5%, achieving success is a significant accomplishment for them. Thank you for mentioning it. Increasing consciousness is absolutely necessary.
coolguy
y the way, if you're seeking a solution, I acquired a basic AMI-to-Aux cable a long time ago. Subsequently, I connected a brief Auxiliary to USB-C cable, and I have been using it consistently since then. A significant number of AMI-to-USB-C adapters did not function as music streaming devices, but rather just served the purpose of charging the phone. However, implementing it in this manner works well. Clearly, it lacks wifi functionality, but I am OK with that. Alternatively, there are Bluetooth to FM-transmitter adapters that may be inserted into your 12V power outlets. One of the individuals in our group had a commendable notion a few years ago - he placed one of these devices in the front trunk of the vehicle, since there is a 12V power outlet available in that location. Therefore, it is situated in a remote location and does not detract from the visual appeal in any way. To stream, establish a Bluetooth connection and adjust the FM radio to the appropriate frequency. I am uncertain about the exact level of quality, but the direct cable exhibits a quite commendable level of quality.
another_clean_sheet
Fascinating concept. I like Bluetooth connectivity mostly because I typically avoid keeping my phone readily accessible. The problem with the 12v bluetooth adapter located in the frunk is its tendency to generate excessive heat, which might potentially lead to its eventual malfunction. Ken_Lion
As you may already be aware, the Tune2air is available for purchase on Amazon, along with the appropriate adaptor. When I received my R8, I had planned to purchase one on Amazon. However, the previous owner had already installed one and left it in the vehicle. bl52krz
I just replaced my head unit with the Alpine brand. I acquired a brand new Bovee device in October of the previous year, which is now no longer needed. Please inform me if you still need one.
