How can the compass view on the Head-Up Display (HUD) of the 2020 Evoque be deactivated?

Greetings! or Salutations! As a recent entrant into the Range Rover community, I am really enjoying my experience with the 2020 Evoque First Edition model. I am seeking input from those who possess knowledge of the procedure for deactivating the compass-oriented display, specifically pertaining to off-road information such as slope, wheel angle, and compass, as shown on the Heads Up Display. It seems that I inadvertently activated a button on the steering wheel, resulting in the display of supplementary data that is now visible and causing significant distraction. I have exhaustively explored all available options on the instrument panel in an attempt to deactivate it, although regrettably, I have been unsuccessful in my endeavors. If you have encountered this situation before, any assistance would be very appreciated.

By accessing the settings of the Heads-Up Display (HUD), it is possible to disable its functionality. The presence of a dedicated button on the steering wheel is not observed. To access the menu, users are required to choose the "menu" option and go horizontally using the arrow keys. By doing so, they will be able to locate the "HUD" option, where they may modify the information shown on the heads-up display (HUD).

This situation is somewhat burdensome, isn't it? It seems that the display will alternate between the compass heads-up display (HUD) view and the conventional HUD view, which just presents the speed and a street picture. The dealer's assistance was unfruitful as they expressed their unfamiliarity with the situation at hand, stating, "This is an unprecedented occurrence for us." Please return it the following week. That occurred during the months of February or March, though.

If a solution is discovered, please share it.

I have just returned from the dealership. The issue was resolved within a short span of around one minute. Please go to the Display settings and disable the "off-road" option. Please proceed to disable the "off-road" boxes in each display arrangement, including both the "left" and "right" panels, across all available layouts. Please deactivate any features associated with off-road capabilities.

I will be attending the aforementioned location tomorrow. The Land Rover Evoque in my possession has accumulated a mileage of 900 kilometers, and unfortunately, it has already encountered two distinct issues. The individual expressed a sense of dissatisfaction. Two displays that are positioned in the middle of the display are experiencing a state of immobility or unresponsiveness.
The control arms are exhibiting auditory disturbances during vehicular operation.

One common issue that arises is the freezing of the primary infotainment system. Occasionally, such an occurrence transpires in my own experience. Furthermore, I have made the deliberate effort to customize my home screen on two separate occasions, only to experience the frustrating phenomenon of it inexplicably reverting back to its default settings. This has elicited a strong negative emotional response from me. This situation is really vexing. I have never had any problems with the lower display. Indeed, it is advisable to visit the authorized dealer and get their professional assessment of the matter. It is anticipated that a simple reset would suffice.

Indeed. I will proceed accordingly. Additionally, does the Range Rover Evoque exhibit favorable fuel efficiency in terms of miles per gallon (mpg)? I own a P300 HSE vehicle equipped with 21-inch rims. On average, the fuel efficiency of my vehicle is 17 miles per gallon in both urban and highway driving conditions. Engaging in typical driving behavior. Adhering to the designated speed limit. I filled the fuel tank completely with 91 premium gasoline, resulting in an estimated range of 285 miles.

This is an intriguing inquiry. The user expresses uncertainty over a certain matter. The model I own is the R-dynamic HSE P300. I consistently use my vehicle in a dynamic mode and maintain a high velocity. In comparison to my M2, I must assert that it exhibits much superior performance. Joking aside, in general, I see my Evoque to possess commendable fuel efficiency. To optimize fuel efficiency, it is recommended to operate the vehicle in echo mode and use the "D" transmission setting, while avoiding the use of the "S" mode. This combination will allow the car to achieve its maximum miles per gallon (MPG) potential. However, it is important to consider the underlying motivation for your purchase of the P300.

Similar to a significant number of others, I encounter the identical predicament. The attempt to engage the snow mode of the 2020 Evoke 250 HSE and display the Traction Control feature on the Head-Up Display (HUD) has been unsuccessful. Similar to other others, I have attempted many methods in order to resolve the issue, but the heads-up display (HUD) continues to display both the compass and gradient, which is really frustrating.
