paulh2602601
I own a MY2024 and have two questions about it. It seems that you are aware of the presence of an option in the menu for audio alerts about speed cameras, but it is currently malfunctioning. When will Mazda address the problem? My second inquiry is to the process of updating firmware. The year 2025 will include the inclusion of Amazon Alexa. Will the MY2024 model get an upgrade to include the integration of Alexa? Thank you in advance.
another_clean_sheet
It's commendable that you are making contact! I have a few questions about MY2024: 1. Is there a plan to provide a functionality that enables us to deactivate the audible notifications for speed alerts (ISA) via the i-ACTIVESENSE button? At now, the button mutes all alarms. Therefore, it would be beneficial to have a function that allows us to choose which alerts are deactivated by this button. 2. The pace at which map updates are released is very sluggish, occurring around every 3 months. Furthermore, even the most recent maps are highly wrong when it comes to speed limitations. Roads that were designated with a speed restriction of 50km/h from November 2023 are nevertheless shown as having a speed limit of 60km/h, even on maps from June 2024. 3. Mazda plans to include real-time map updates into the CX-30 this year. Will this feature be accessible in the MY2024 model, or will we be limited to outdated speed restrictions and obligatory Intelligent Speed Assist (ISA) functionality?
