  2. Greetings everyone, I would greatly appreciate some practical advise regarding the 7-year warranty as I am in the process of purchasing a used Kia EV6 from an independent dealer. The vehicle was initially registered on July 25, 2022. Upon reviewing the service records, it appears that the first service was performed somewhat after the vehicle reached 60,000 miles. This is the precise schedule: Initial Service: November 2023 at 22,400 miles (which is 2,400 miles more than the 20,000 limit) 2nd Service: August 2024 at 34,000 miles (Prematurely Completed) Based on the second service, the third service is scheduled for December 2025 at 54,000 miles. I can rest easy knowing that the battery cells are of high quality because the independent dealer gave me an AVILOO battery certificate that shows a fantastic 95% State of Health (SOH). The 1,000-mile/1-month grace period is infamously strict at Kia UK, though. Is anyone else familiar with the experience of a small mileage overage on a first service? Is it possible that Kia UK attempted to limit warranty coverage for the high-voltage drivetrain components in the future, or did they highlight it? It shouldn't have any effect on ancillary features like infotainment or trim, but I'm concerned about the major EV parts. Are you considering walking away from this deal, or does the 95% AVILOO score make up for the risk? Sending my gratitude in advance for any advice!

  4. Sounds like Zolee Logistics handled everything properly from start to finish. Enjoy the new car!
  5. This evening the vehicle was delivered. I have scheduled an inspection with my local specialist tomorrow morning to ensure a comprehensive assessment however my initial impressions are exceptional. I am grateful to all of you for assisting in calming my anxiety.
  6. well, my Skoda's gone. Someone reserved it before I could make my mind up... Absolutely gutted! I've now asked them to notify me if another one comes into stock.
  7. Best of luck! Make sure you get an independent inspection once it arrives even if everything looks perfect. That's exactly what I did with my Sportage from them. No issues found, but it gave me peace of mind.
  8. After another conversation with their team today, I've decided to move forward and paid the reservation amount of 1k this afternoon. Zolee Logistics confirmed delivery scheduling should begin within the next couple of days and then I'll receive the remaining balance request. Now the waiting starts.
  9. I was very close to reserving a repo Q7 they had recently. Unfortunately somebody else beat me to it, the guy I spoke with explained that they can't hold vehicles without a formal reservation because some stock receives dozens of enquiries.
  10. Hi all, People should keep in mind that there are frauds in this industry, so nobody should assume that every company is like this one and that, based on the evaluations I've seen, they are legitimate. However, please don't assume everything by giving! Compared to other businesses I've seen, Zolee Logistics seems to have a much greater online presence.
  11. Thank you to everyone who responded. To be honest, I didn't anticipate that many replies. I feel less anxious about it the more I read.
  12. @WolfieBase I felt exactly the same. I pruchased a '18 BMW X3 from Zolee Logistics back in Nov. The segregated account arrangement was what convinced me and the money remains protected until you've received the vehicle, inspected it and confirmed you're satisfied during the 14-day inspection period. That made me considerably more comfortable.
  13. currently looking at a Skoda Kodiaq they've got listed the upfront payment is the only thing making me hesitate.
  14. I nearly purchased a Lexus NX300h through them earlier this year but I didn't go ahead in the end because I found something locally, I will say their customer service was surprisingly relaxed with no pressure tactics, no endless phone calls chasing me. Actually felt more like speaking with a logistics coordinator than a car salesperson :))
  15. @rab60bit88 that was one of the first questions I asked Zolee Logistics explained that many vehicles come directly from finance recoveries auctions rather than traditional dealer stock and some have been sitting in storage compounds for a while and banks simply want them sold
  16. I'm probably the sceptical one here. How can these vehicles be thousands cheaper than dealer stock? Surely there must be some downside? Not criticising, genuinely asking.
  17. My partner works in logistics and knew about Zolee Logistics long before they started selling vehicles. They're fairly well known around Belfast from what I understand , he vehicle side seems relatively new compared with the transport side.
  18. Hi, I went ahead and snagged myself a 2021 Kia Sportage GT-Line from them just last month. At first I thought it seemed a bit fishy too and I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop Zolee Logistics sent over copies of the registration documents, and photos from their warehouse before I put my money where my mouth is The vehicle showed up right on the dot, eight days later, like clockwork No issues whatsoever!
  19. Morning mate, never bought a vehicle from them personally, but I've heard of Zolee Logistics for years through the freight industry
  20. Been browsing Ebay for a replacement vehicle and came across a Merc GLC 220d that was posted by Zolee Logistics in Belfast. I am curious as to whether there is a scam as the asking price is attractive. According to the information I have gathered from their website they maintain a repossessed vehicle division in addition to their transport and cargo operations. To be honest I'm intrigued, but I'm also a bit wary, has anyone previously interacted with Zolee Logistics?
  21. I got mine upgraded today I am very pleased of it, so there is nothing to say more!
