It was successful on the third attempt. Upon removal and reinsertion of the fuse, it resets to 12 o'clock rather than resuming from its previous position (first attempt...). It accomplishes this by rotating the hands the longer distance from their previous position to 12 o'clock, rather than the shorter route. It surpasses 12 o'clock, reverting to approximately 10:45 before returning to 12 o'clock (third attempt...). It is now approximately one minute behind, but life is too brief, and I lack the motivation to address it.

This vehicle lacks a mechanism to reset the clock via the instrument cluster; the only modifications available in the 'Settings' menu of the instrument cluster display are the digital speed display, odometer units (mph or kph), and language selection. The fuse is now blown, and my phone is programmed to alert me just prior to the need for replacement. I remain hopeful that it will succeed, as I perceive no rationale for its failure.
-
I appreciate that. The owner's manual does not specify a manual setup technique; nonetheless, I will investigate further now that I am aware it is possible. Salutations. I am aware of the MOST connector box; I simply have not attended to it yet. It is not an issue.

As I recall from the installation on my W211, it necessitated utilising STAR to inform the vehicle that it no longer possessed a COMAND unit (i.e., configured to Audio20 or a comparable system). The menus were reorganised to make the clock setting accessible in the dashboard cluster, instead of being configured using COMAND. To connect the steering wheel controls, an interface box is required to facilitate communication between the steering wheel and the head unit.
-
My imported 2007 ML63 is equipped with an aftermarket head unit, hence lacking the COMAND system or any other Mercedes head unit. The steering wheel controls are nonfunctional, perhaps due to the incompetence of the individual who fitted the head unit, which suggests that resetting the clock is also not feasible. The analogue clock functions properly and maintains accurate time; nevertheless, it is somewhat more than two hours slow. The clock is not independently fused, and unless the iCarsoft MB2 can reset it, which to my knowledge it cannot, the sole remedy I can propose is to remove the instrument cluster fuse (No. 11 in the dashboard fuse box) and rejoin it ten hours later at the time indicated on the clock. Does anyone possess alternative suggestions?

I fitted a 12.3" aftermarket display from Aliexpress in my B8, significantly enhancing my experience with Android Auto. The Nunoo Factory Store received excellent reviews. My configuration included a 2G MMI High with a Bang & Olufsen sound system, and the new display continues to provide exceptional sound quality. The MMI High employs fibre optics for audio transmission, resulting in a significant enhancement.

Do you have any recommendations?

The display is excellent. The audio quality on my device is excellent. The installation process is quite straightforward. The integration of Google Maps and Spotify on Android Auto is exceptional. The expansive display enhances the interior's modernity. I am quite pleased that I obtained mine. The processor is rapid as I acquired the highest specifications. Each screen manufactured is tailored for the particular original device. The greater the popularity of the original unit, the more options available for finding your new screen, including price, processing speed, supplier, and, most critically, the functionality of the new device. I will share images of my screen in operation; however, please note that this pertains only to an MMI 2G High for a B8 A5, and I cannot comment on any other device. If you are interested in a unit, it is advisable to visit Aliexpress and add it to your wishlist. Aliexpress will thereafter inform you when a sale occurs (I acquired mine for £246). Best of luck

An adequate amplifier and speakers will not incur such expenses and will produce sound quality comparable to that of B&O.

What is the quality of the 12.3-inch display? Is the processor rapid? Acceptable pixel quality, among other factors? Are there any images available? I intend to acquire Android Auto for utilising Spotify and Google Maps. I prefer the MMI multimedia unit; nevertheless, if the sound quality matches that of the concert, I am willing to compromise. I unequivocally desire Bang & Olufsen, as I wish to avoid incurring substantial expenses to upgrade the conventional system.
-
I consistently prefer the MMI due to the extensive network built in those vehicles. Retrofitting a MOST network for a potential upgrade to MMI is a daunting task that necessitates complete interior removal and the cutting and soldering of the wiring harness.

I installed a 12.3-inch aftermarket screen from Aliexpress in my B8. I highly recommend it for Android Auto; it may be worthwhile for you to explore. Mine originated from Nunoo Factory Store. I wish you success in locating the perfect vehicle! My foundational unit was the MMI 2G High with Bang & Olufsen. Following the installation of the new screen, it remains impressive, in my opinion! The MMI High employs fibre optics for audio, as previously indicated.

I am not an audiophile, but I appreciate music and dislike experiencing 'bad signal' feedback or interference at elevated volumes.
-
- The principal distinction will be the method by which audio signals are transmitted to the external amplifier from the source. The Concert/Symphony radios provide analogue line-level outputs to the B&O amplifier, but the MMI3G system transmits digital audio to the amplifier via the optical MOST bus. The distinction appears minimal to me; but, if it holds significance for you, it is advisable to compare them in person.

I am seeking to purchase a 2013 Audi A5 equipped with Bang & Olufsen audio system. I have observed several equipped with the 'concert' system and others featuring the 'multimedia' system. I acknowledge that the multimedia unit is superior due to enhanced functionalities, such as satellite navigation. I intend to acquire Android Auto to manage without a satellite navigation system. Is there a distinction in sound quality between the Concert system including B&O and the Multimedia system also equipped with B&O?

The steel pipe originates from the banjo bolt on the manifold, with the sensor inserted into a little rubber part at the end. -

Is the pre-turbine sensor pipe the conduit that links to the exhaust back pressure sensor? Upon inspection, it appears to be clear. I also inspected the brakes, and they are in satisfactory condition. -

Verify if the pre-turbine pressure sensor pipe is unobstructed; if it is clear, replace the sensor and reset the settings. It is also advisable to inspect the brakes to ensure none are binding, as this significantly impacts fuel economy. -
My car has recently encountered a significant problem with excessive fuel use. I previously achieved a minimum of 450 miles on a half tank, but now I am only attaining approximately 300 miles at best, and I am uncertain as to the reason. The vehicle receives a full tank and undertakes a 300-mile motorway excursion weekly. I regularly undertake extended motorway drives at 70 mph for over three hours, so I doubt it could be the DPF, although I am not totally certain. I previously had an exhaust back pressure sensor problem that resulted in a powertrain fault on iDrive; however, after replacing the sensor, the vehicle no longer displays that fault. I have poured DPF cleaner to a full tank and executed another thorough drive on the freeway, but to no avail. I have recently undergone a significant service that has yielded no results. I consulted BimmerUtility, which indicates my soot levels are at 45.99g. I have observed this value decrease to 8g, but it occasionally spikes to the high teens or abruptly returns to approximately 45.99g. I previously had a 24C800 error, which was resolved by replacing the sensor. However, I am now facing a 25C800 error. Does this indicate that the DPF need replacement and is it the source of the problem?

My 2013 204 was equipped with the identical M274 engine as yours (albeit in a 1.6 variant) and experienced a fuel leak in the flexible hose connecting the rigid underbody fuel line to the High Pressure Fuel pump located at the rear of the engine. Upon replacement, the garage observed a modified component number for the hose and clip. The odour of fuel in my automobile was distinctly perceptible beneath the hood and via the air vents into the interior.

I was on the verge of initiating my own discussion over this matter, but your description closely mirrors what I would have said for my 2014 C200 S205. This phenomenon has only recently commenced for me, during the past week. Does it pertain to the cooler weather? A similar discussion on this forum discusses a fuel pipe that is susceptible to leakage. This pertains to a C350e, so may not be applicable in this context.
