As mentioned by @EtherealWanderer, the issue might be attributed to the presence of the original battery and the duration it remained unused before your purchase. Even a battery that is 4 years old may be nearing the end of its lifespan. Once again, it is undeniable that all online forums are populated by individuals that have various problems or concerns. That is why many people actively seek out forums to express their grievances. There are a few individuals who express dissatisfaction and criticise various brands, regardless of their relevance. However, there are not many people who join them in praising these brands. On this platform, there are numerous members who own or have previously owned earlier models of the Evoque, and many of them have not encountered any problems. Personally, I have owned a 17 plate Evoque for over 5 years, and the only issues I have experienced are the well-known windscreen and power steering rack problems, both of which were resolved without any difficulties. Aside from the tyres, brakes, discs, and my new AGM battery, there are no other issues. excellent luck with your quest. However, if it turns out that the Evoque you returned only had a battery problem, it would be a pity if everything else was in excellent condition and met all of your requirements.

I like their emphasis on a somewhat inexpensive car, which is usually driven far less than the average yearly distance. If California really prioritised emissions reduction, they should concentrate their efforts on reintroducing school buses. What is the exact number of automobiles, in the thousands, that are idling and transporting children to and from school in my nearby area every day, including myself? California, please do the mathematical calculations.Rest: What an excellent strategy to transition individuals to aftermarket tuning...Laughing out loud

While it may seem like a reasonable suggestion, I have found that with all the previous cars I have had, whether they were front-wheel drive or four-wheel drive, I typically get or am getting 15-30k miles out of the tyres. However, I suspect that rear-wheel drive vehicles tend to experience more wear and tear.
-
I may consider trying them in the future, but I am hesitant about spending more money on tyres as I do not see any more mileage compared to cheaper tyres.
-
The wear on the passenger side is distributed uniformly, whereas the wear on the driver's side is more pronounced on the inner part.

Greetings, My 2006 CLS has been experiencing excessive tyre wear for some years now, particularly on the back tyres due to its rear-wheel drive configuration. Most of my tyres are only surviving between 3000 and 8000 km. I have tried Michelin tyres as well as cheaper types, but regardless of the name, they always seem to deteriorate rapidly. I have a pair of inexpensive tyres on the front of my vehicle, and they have remained functional for over two years. The car is mostly driven on the motorway and I previously had a wheel alignment done, but it did not resolve the problem of wear. We would much welcome any responses. The automobile is incurring exorbitant expenses on tyres.

Indeed, this issue can be classified as a manufacturer fault with a high certainty, and it is likely the most prevalent error observed in the second generation R8 model. The item in question should be replaced since it falls within the warranty agreement. Last fall, I had my left light replaced under warranty. However, after about one month of real road usage, the replacement bulb failed due to humidity and a dashboard error. Currently, the light is experiencing a problem and is only partially illuminating. In addition, the rear light of my prior generation 2 R8 malfunctioned shortly after purchasing the vehicle second-hand. I replaced it myself and it failed again about one year later. Subsequently, the other side also had a failure. Overall, I have had a total of 5 faulty rear taillights on the R8. These lights are of poor quality and can be described as substandard. 🙄🤬 In addition, I am acquainted with another individual in Estonia who had the same issue. Regarding cracked light: Yes, my previous second-generation R8 also had cracks in both of its lights. More precisely, the lower section. I hypothesise that they develop microscopic fractures which ultimately progress into noticeable fissures. These lights should be completely free of moisture if they are defect-free. My right side does not experience any condensation initially, even after getting new ones. However, after many months of usage, condensation unexpectedly appeared.

Integrate B9 (S5) Seats into the Gen 1 R8 System

However, the number of wires on the connector of the S5 is equivalent to that of the plug on the R8. If your suggestion is accurate, it is expected that the S5 plug would be connected to another cable. -
Integrate B9 (S5) Seats into the Gen 1 R8 System

The thickness of the wires on the heater for the S5 is not comparable to that of the ground and power cables on the R8. There are three cables of equal thickness, and one cable that is much thinner, similar to the thickness of a canbus cable. -
Integrate B9 (S5) Seats into the Gen 1 R8 System

Thank you, however I have already reviewed it and regrettably, it is not applicable. The information I want pertains only to the S5 seats. I possess the information on the R8 originals. -
Greetings, everyone! I just acquired a set of B9 S5 Super Sports chairs at a reasonable price. These seats, similar to the Mk3 TT seats, are completely motorised and have bolster and lumbar adjustment, as well as massage and heating controls. I am attempting to decipher the wiring in order to make alterations to the wires that connect to the outdated connections. There is a total of four connections. The power adjustment feature, specifically available on the R8 comfort seats, is labelled as RED. GREEN: Functions of seat heating BLACK: Unidentified (Wiring for seat belt connector)? YELLOW: Airbag The S5 chairs are intricate and equipped with a dedicated controller unit that necessitates CAN and LIN connections. This controller unit is responsible for controlling the lumbar, bolster, and massage functions. Based on my current understanding, the power, airbag, and heating systems are functioning well. However, the vehicle does not have an MMI interface to regulate massages. However, it is feasible to change the bolster and/or lumbar by connecting a LIN bus to the controller unit. There is conflicting information about this matter, with reports indicating that the bolsters are effective in the driver seat but not in the lumbar region. Currently, if I am able to establish a functional electricity and heating system, any other things are considered advantageous. I am now in the process of organising and doing testing on the wire components prior to investing on their appropriate trimming for permanent integration into my vehicle. I am experiencing some perplexity over the heating (GREEN) connection and am curious if anybody has conducted a comparable refit that might provide assistance. The wiring for the R8 seems to be as follows: A wiring diagram for the S5 seat heating is shown below: A 550.5 KB file hosted on MEGA. And now, let's address the topic of R8 seat heating: MEGA file size: 110.5 KB We would much appreciate any assistance.

The CX-30 lacks a cubby hole charging feature, unlike the phone alternative. The USB connector through which I connect my iPod is located in the cubby, next to the SD card slot used for navigation purposes.

I own a vintage iPod, consisting of two distinct models, with one being older than the other. Both lack Bluetooth. I connect any of them to the USB connection on the console and they function well. I just need to choose them as options, same to how you would pick Sirius/XM, Pandora, or my Bluetooth iPhone. Nevertheless, subsequent to the adoption of a wireless vehicle Play adapter, I only use the vehicle play feature to stream my music from my iPhone.

The amount of money is exorbitant, indicating that train rates vary significantly depending on the source of purchase. I have made a trial reservation on the National Rail website, and the fare for a round trip from Mill Hill Broadway to Birmingham New Street is £75.40. I received a quotation for a trip from Guildford to Birmingham New Street on Saturday.

Assistance required for R129 SL500 halting problem

It seems like a gasoline-related issue. I suggest having them connect a pressure gauge to the fuel line to monitor the pressure while the engine runs at various RPMs. -
Is it your opinion that the inclusion of the Club trim package addresses some issues pertaining to the softness?
