Upon connecting the device to both USB ports, an error message indicating "unsupported" was shown. USB 3.0 is capable of functioning in a reverse-compatible manner with USB 2.0, should such a situation arise. However, it is unlikely for a new automobile to be equipped with USB 2.0 technology. Nevertheless, even if it were, USB 3.0 would still be able to accommodate it.
What is the potential explanation for this phenomenon?

What was the method used to format the USB stick? If the file system is NTFS, it will not be compatible with the CX30 for playback. It is recommended that the flash drive be formatted using the FAT32 file system. Please ensure that the USB drive is formatted exclusively for the FAT32 file system if it is intended for use in a car. Additionally, if the number of songs exceeds 250, it is advisable to create separate folders, each containing a maximum of 250 songs. Failure to do so may result in the system being unable to detect songs beyond the first 250 in each folder. Similarly, the same was seen on my 2020 Toyota vehicle.

It was necessary for me to use third-party software. Windows 7 does not support the FAT32 file system for storage devices with a capacity above 32 gigabytes.
