Comparison between GR Sport Ride and Excel

I had the steering column replaced in my CX60 on February 23rd. The dealer provided me with a rental vehicle for around 5 to 6 weeks while the wait for the necessary components and installation. I was really surprised when I got a recall notice from Mazda two weeks ago, stating that a spring needed to be changed on the recently installed steering column component. I have lost confidence in the Japanese engineering of Mazda. I am also experiencing an issue with the rear driver-side door handle, which remains extended if not properly greased. The primary dealer has notified me that a component has arrived to fix this problem. I have installed the most recent updates at the time when the steering problem occurred. I maintain my belief that the rear suspension is excessively inflexible, nevertheless, my primary dealership asserts that there is no Mazda recall pertaining to this matter.

The diffuser seen in the video is an Enlaes diffuser. It is my understanding that they have gone out of business. However, there are several copies available elsewhere. The design consists of three separate pieces. -

I own a complete set of XS Power downpipes, made entirely of stainless steel, with a diameter of 3/18 inches and wrapped. Additionally, I have a fully valved FI stainless steel exhaust system. It sounds really favourable in my perspective. I own many films showcasing the engine revving in various setups, which might be used as points of reference. The valves have been opened. -

An automated strategy to deactivate lane assist
nickoyster4 replied to bl52krz's topic in General Car Chat
In the United Kingdom (and likely across Europe), if you were involved in a collision and the insurance investigator discovered it, your insurance coverage would be invalidated. Insurers often seek justifications to evade making a payment, and while it may be challenging to detect alterations made to maps and codes, discovering an unaccounted-for box connected to cables would undoubtedly raise suspicions. Unfortunately, the Mazda Lane Assist system is very ineffective and has already resulted in accidents. -
What is the reason for the sluggish pace?

The Mazda CX30 awd 2.0 equipped with the Skyactiv X engine has impressive power and demonstrates excellent acceleration in Finland. If I get properly, this is an electric air/gasoline turbo, distinct from a conventional turbo. The fuel consumption ranges from 4.8 to 6.4 litres per 100 km. -
Revision: There has been no significant change about gearbox. Although the CX-90 has a firm ride, I do not share the reviewer's concerns about the damping of the CX-60. Individuals who are now encountering creaks and sounds may ultimately get a hardware upgrade, albeit this matter is distinct and separate.

QuirkyPixel - I'm sorry, but I cannot provide the information you are requesting. Please refer to the accompanying page from the GOE bible for offroaders.

I will provide you with the information I have. The general consensus is that while driving off-road, namely on challenging terrains rather than ordinary dirt roads, it is advisable to deactivate the Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) system. This is because the DSC system may impede the vehicle's forward speed by detecting rotational motion (yaw) in the vehicle.
-
DSC, or Direction Stability Control, is a system that uses yaw sensors to detect lateral movement, such as sliding, in an automobile. It then applies brakes and adjusts engine speed to rectify this movement. When driving offroad, it is important to deactivate the TR (Traction Control) system. This is because the vehicle has the potential to drift sideways, which may result in the TR system cutting power and applying brakes, so overriding the TR settings. This can lead to a lack of traction and the car being stuck. It is advisable to keep the Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) system on when driving on the highway, as it may help avoid lateral skidding in unfavourable weather conditions. However, it is recommended to deactivate the DSC system while engaging in slow off-road activities such as hill climbing or driving on sandy terrain. It is important to note that if the Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) feature is off, it will automatically reactivate when the automobile is subjected to high power use or aggressive driving manoeuvres. It is advisable to exercise a moderate level of force and control.

I am also interested in knowing if anybody is aware of any Door Sill guards. However, the film is excluded from this statement.

In my experience with dealerships, except Mercedes-Benz, I have seen that after a vehicle has undergone inspection and a price has been agreed upon as a trade-in, it is not subjected to another inspection when it is brought in, usually within a few days. There may be variations when dealing with MB dealers or if a significant amount of time has passed, such as waiting several months for your new vehicle. Nevertheless, it is essential to consider the situation from the dealer's point of view. The auction firm will transport your previous vehicle. The dealer's level of concern in inspecting your automobile is limited to the extent that the auction house does, since this is how the auction house determines the price when purchasing vehicles. The auction house's primary concerns lie in the visible aspects that a trade buyer can assess, such as the make, model, mileage, history, MOT, paintwork, alloy wheels, and two keys. These factors serve as the main distinguishing features. However, the engine, gearbox, and suspension only need to meet the minimum requirements for a superficial inspection, as conducted by a trade buyer in an auction. The trade dealer bears the financial burden of restoring the car to a condition suitable for sale, which explains why they must acquire these cars at a low price. Alternatively, if the trade dealer is unscrupulous and conceals the problems instead of rectifying them, the unsuspecting second-hand buyer will be responsible for the costs.

1. Disregard the 'Approved Used' designation and thoroughly examine the automobile as if you were purchasing it from an individual seller on eBay - carefully evaluate all aspects. Two times. Indeed. 2. Request a hard copy of the service history prior to finalising the agreement. Either in physical form or as a PDF document. Avoid accepting a brief overview in an email or a superficial examination of the salesperson's screen. 3. Inquire about the whole service history, including any repairs, whether the automobile was serviced by the same dealer or within the same network. However, they may refuse to provide this information to you, invoking the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 4. Any agreements made with the salesperson about new tyres, new brakes, bumper scuff repairs, or repairs to worn leather must be fulfilled before to pickup. If you arrive to pick up the automobile and find that anything is not prepared, regardless of how little it may be, refrain from taking possession of it. Instead, request that the responsible party inform you of the anticipated timeframe for when the car will be fully prepared, including all previously agreed-upon things. It is important to note that the Consumer Rights Act 2015 will address any problems with the car's condition at the time of sale, however the Approved Used guarantee would not cover such concerns. Consequently, the resolution of these problems can only be handled by the dealer who provided the item, rather than any dealer affiliated with MB. This is particularly important if the supplying dealer is not in close proximity to you. It is crucial to thoroughly inspect everything, as you will not have the convenience of visiting your local dealer and requesting a repair under the Approved Used warranty for issues that should have been identified and resolved by the supplying dealer before the vehicle was delivered. 6. Inspect the quality and manufacturer of the tyres, and get a report on the percentage of wear on the brake discs. 7. Prior to signing, request a firmware update for the infotainment system and the installation of the most recent maps from the dealer at no cost as part of the agreement. 8. Inquire with the salesman about the presence of Apple CarPlay or Android Auto in the vehicle, and get written confirmation (by email) whether these features are really included. Interestingly, a considerable number of MB automobiles were not originally equipped with this feature, and it may be difficult to install it afterwards. 9. Consider carefully before purchasing a vehicle equipped with a BLUETEC engine and the notorious AdBlue system... Apologies if this comes out as rather discouraging... nonetheless, if executed well, you will have an exceptional automobile. Best wishes.

Obtain a 10% discount on the car's price, allowing you to personally make the purchase. This is the approach I used.

It is likely that if there is a fuseboard in the boot, there will be an unswitched supply cable located inside it. Performing a little experiment with a multimeter can quickly determine if that is the situation. If such is the case, I would anticipate that connecting your charger to a fused outlet via piggybacking would be rather simple.

Wouldn't he still need to open the car's hood each time and manipulate the charging wire to connect it to the battery terminals? For what it's worth, I see the advantages of a setup where one just opens the trunk, connects a cable, and then closes the trunk, particularly if this process is going to be performed often.

Simply get a matte black paint protection film (PPF) and attempt to cover the desired object with it. Alternatively, you may hire a professional to apply a new coat of paint in a matte black finish. I have seen some such blemishes resulting from the use of a radar detector, but I attribute them to typical deterioration over time. Life is too brief to be too obsessive-compulsive.

Hello, I own a C207E400.The vehicle was originally equipped with Conti 5p tyres from the factory, but had internal and exterior tyre damage on the rear despite having a relatively low mileage. I changed to Goodyear Ass 5 tyres and saw significant overall improvement. However, I encountered a pothole which caused the back tyre to burst. The wear on the front tyres from both tyre providers was adequate. I had to install an inexpensive Chinese tyre in order to return home. Currently, it is quite difficult to get 255/30/19 tyres from Goodyear. Most wider rear wheel tyres typically experience wear in the central region. I often get my car's wheel alignment checked, but it may be challenging to locate a provider that can do the task accurately.
