The dealer service consistently provides accurate information... ? 🙂

The most recent modification is intriguing. Are you aware of the reason?

I presume yours is a Takumi equipped with a G series engine. To my knowledge, the X series in the 2025 models continues to have 2.0-liter engines.

I am registered with Mazda Toolbox, although I do not get any update alerts. However, when opening the toolbox, an update was pending installation. Do you have any suggestions for activating the notifications? -
The appearance is the only purpose for which I want them, to complete the wheel well area. If it does not safeguard the vehicle against erosion, it is essentially unnecessary. Winters in Pennsylvania may be characterised by snow, slush, rain, and salt. Mud flaps may provide more functionality, although I will never endeavour to install them.

I completely concur. Do they operate enough to justify the effort? I understood that the process with the Mazda was not straightforward, which is why I considered having the dealership handle it. I do not believe I will undertake it. I enquired about the fee via the service's website, but received no response. I left a message after being instructed to consult a service adviser, but she did not respond either.

Upgrading car battery - concerns about dimensions
honeycut_mazda5 replied to Treeri's topic in General Car Chat
Both of them seem to be in accordance with the specifications mentioned in the handbook. However, one of them is EFB while the other one is not. Based on my understanding, EFB is designed for vehicles in which the primary battery is replenished by braking, however in our cars, the smaller 24V mild hybrid battery is recharged. Is that correct? However, I fail to see any potential negative consequences of implementing an EFB. -

The maps in the new automobile are significantly outdated.

Similarly, I would not be willing to spend $1 on GPS for a car that already has Android Auto/Apple Carplay, since these alternatives are superior (assuming one has access to affordable and accessible mobile phone service). Evidently, Google is currently developing a Heads-Up Display (HUD) integration system; however, it is unlikely to be compatible with any pre-existing automobiles. -

CS is equipped with a tuner that does not have turbo functionality.Upon inspection, it has been determined that the item is intended for use with non-turbo engines. -

I anticipate that CorkSport has conducted dyno testing on their product. Initiate communication with them and enquire about their response. -
The battery flat alarm has begun, marking the start of an unwelcome event. Last Saturday, the vehicle was driven for about 50 miles. On Sunday, I vacuumed the mats and carpets. However, on Monday, I received a notice on the dashboard indicating that the battery needs to be recharged. I promptly contacted my local dealer, as my vehicle is still covered by warranty. After reading the message multiple times to fully comprehend it, the dealer informed me that if I clean the car or use a hoover with the door open, the LED courtesy light will deplete the battery. To prevent this from happening again, I should carry out these tasks while the engine is running. I assure you without any exaggeration.. My greatest regret is purchasing this dilapidated item.
