Black_raven
Is it possible to remap my 2020 V8 Quattro with 562 horsepower to a performance specification of 602 horsepower?
mrnobady
At the very least, you must replace the gearbox.
MDMH757
I am sceptical about the veracity of this statement.
DreamCatcher88
What is the reason?
DenishP4
Indeed, it is possible to adjust it to reach a power output of 602 horsepower.
VVC-Geeza
With the gen 2.5 makeover, the gear ratios of the basic and performance models are now identical, unlike the gen 2 models which had varied gear ratios. Indeed, by utilising a tune, it is possible to achieve equivalent horsepower outputs. The braking package will undergo modifications, however, there are other methods to enhance those components. mrnobady
My automobile is a vintage model, therefore I have been searching for a gearbox with low mileage at a fair price for quite some time. It is very perplexing that Audi would want to use the same engine and gearbox for Gen 2.5. What is the purpose of paying an additional fee for the plus/performance option if the upgrade just involves a software configuration change? migueldosantos77
Did the performance upgrade in generation 2.5 also result in a decrease in cabin insulation? I am aware that HP (horsepower) is more and the braking system is different. However, what additional distinctions exist?
Psychil
At the age of 22, I acquired the AWD Performance model which came equipped with Carbon Ceramic Brakes (CCBs), more horsepower, carbon fibre elements both inside and outside the vehicle, and several other features that I may not be familiar with. The Perf was very valuable, especially when compared to only one or two carbon pieces on a Ferrari. Additionally, there is the Performance button located on the steering wheel. Yes, it is possible to reconfigure the Engine Control Unit (ECU) to get more horsepower than the Performance model. However, it is important to note that the horsepower differential is likely the least significant factor among the several changes.
