  1. I am now located in Penrith.
  2. I express my gratitude for your response. The BMW vehicle in question was not equipped with the CC stork during its manufacturing process. After consulting with BMW UK, it has been stated that the installation of the CC stork is not feasible. However, BMW in Germany has confirmed that it is indeed possible to install the CC stork by appropriately configuring the Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Despite this, BMW UK has expressed their unwillingness to do the installation. It is quite probable that a someone with the requisite expertise has either undertaken or has the capability to access the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) in order to initiate its activation.
  3. Greetings, I am in possession of a 2010 Ex police 530d vehicle that lacks the feature of cruise control. I am curious to know whether it is possible to install the necessary components and program the system accordingly. Could you please advise if programming is required for the successful installation of cruise control? Expressing gratitude is a fundamental aspect of human interaction, and I would want to express my appreciation for your assistance or contribution.
  4. I need to know how to adjust the camshaft sensor, if possible.
  5. Thank you for pointing up the error. I am uncertain as to why I mistakenly believed it was the same individual. It seems that my current perception of a lack of attention to detail may be attributed to a prevailing sense of substandard practices inside the dealership. I am unable to fully appreciate the manner in which the event transpired. It is quite likely that technicians employed by dealerships adhere to standardized checklists in their job. It is possible that the individual in question temporarily left their work station to have lunch and inadvertently neglected to reconnect the devices upon their return. There are certainly valid reasons to consider reporting this as a 'learning opportunity'.
  6. That indicates a substantial air leakage. Was this the dealer that failed to properly install your oil filter? I empathize with your sentiments, as well as with the automobile in question, since BMWs often get unwarranted criticism about their reliability, mostly due to substandard craftsmanship that undermines their dependability.
  7. The individuals in question exhibit behavior that may be characterized as unprofessional and disrespectful. It would be justifiable to request compensation for the additional time and effort used in revisiting their work, although personal inclination may deter one from pursuing such action. Nevertheless, it is imperative that they be held responsible for their actions.
  8. Apologies for the delay in my answer. If there is still interest from anybody, please let me know. The attempt to reset adaption values was unsuccessful. The problem of rough idling has remained. Ultimately, before to fulfilling my obligation to pay the yearly tax, I proceeded to sell or dispose of my vehicle. I have purchased a W212 2015 E220cdi with a power output of 177 brake horsepower. I anticipate that I will not encounter any complications with it...
  9. Thank you for providing the comprehensive information. I will initiate a reset and thereafter inform you of the outcome.
  10. Could resetting the adaptation settings on all injectors maybe be beneficial? What is the function of adaptation?
  11. I will continue to engage in the process of exploration and investigation.
  12. Were you successful in resolving the issue? I own an identical automobile, and have encountered a same problem number.
  13. Upon further investigation, it has been determined that the 2.0 premacy model under consideration is equipped with a cam belt. However, it is noteworthy that the cam belt only requires inspection at 54000 miles and replacement at 91000 miles. It is important to mention that other maintenance tasks are also necessary, including but not limited to brake fluid replacement, coolant replacement, gearbox oil replacement, installation of new spark plugs, air filter replacement, oil and filter change, and fuel system maintenance. Consequently, it can be inferred that a comprehensive overhaul of the vehicle is imminent. The individual at the Mazda UK garage has quoted a price of £475 for the requested service. However, it seems that these tasks can be performed independently, since the user has the necessary resources such as access to a pit and trade components, but the specific pricing for these parts have not yet been obtained. I am in dire need of obtaining further information on quantities, kinds, and related aspects. It would really assist me if there were a handbook available to provide detailed insights on these matters. I have received information indicating that the 2003 first edition of the Premacy incorporates the running gear sourced from a 323. Consequently, I am interested in determining the availability of a handbook pertaining to this particular model.
  14. Is that the Mazda 5, then? Primarily, I am inquiring about the engine, as I am in need of replacing the cam belt. Currently, my mileage stands at 54,000 kilometers. Could you kindly provide guidance on accessing any service manuals? I anticipate that the inclusion of this engine graphic may facilitate comprehension for individuals.
  15. I am now contemplating the possibility that the engine in question may resemble a 636 engine. Consequently, I am actively engaged in the pursuit of locating a manual for that engine. Based on the information provided, it is my conjecture that the engine, having had maintenance at 56,000 miles, is likely driven by a belt rather than a chain. What are the potential benefits and drawbacks of using instruments such as a flywheel locking tool in various mechanical applications? Is there any information available on potential defects or vulnerabilities associated with this particular item? While it has been colloquially referred to as "bulletproof," it is reasonable to assume that there may be instances when malfunctions or issues arise.
  16. I am also in possession of a 2003 plate Premacy Sport 2.0. I am interested in acquiring a manual or a workshop CD for this vehicle. However, due to the scarcity of primary sources in the United Kingdom, it is challenging to gather information. Is the engine and other components of this vehicle identical to those found in the Mazda 5?
  17. Well, I guess I just don't know what it might be.
  18. Can you fold them up electrically? Do they behave as one would anticipate, assuming they do?
  19. A huge smile 😄 img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'> Border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=":)" src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" I totally agree with koolvin — that's one badass motor in the photo! The answer to your query is a tool similar to the one shown in koolvin's photo, which I purchased from the stealership for the sum of six pounds sterling plus value added tax; it has a half-inch hex nut at its top and can be used with a socket spanner.-I verified that it will work with both a 190e cannister filter and a c200 filter housing, which are physically identical. We concur that a 0 ring is required on the c-class' oil filter but not the 190e's.
  20. I didn't try to get rid of them; rather, I utilized a combination of wet and dry techniques to get my hand as low as it would go, after which I concluded with wool pads purchased on eBay. When it finally overwhelms you, you'll be too far underground to see it.
  21. There goes the intakes. Autosol was used as a last step before the detail spray.
  22. Despite the cold, I found myself with some time on my hands and decided to clean and buff the aluminum air intakes on my S63. On eBay, I purchased a 2" buffing pad in a variety of wet and dry grades for around $6. We broke out the drill and dove in. Turned out well, albeit a touch extra polish would have been nice. We used some T-cut that must be at least 30 years old, spread it on a fine pad, and got going. There are still some nicks to fix, but it gives me something to do tomorrow and gives me a reason to avoid trouble for the time being.
  23. I would not squander my money on premium Mazda 6 gasoline. As I noted in previous article, it's not a high-performance vehicle, therefore regular gasoline will suffice. I doubt you'll notice a change in performance, but you will see a difference in your wallet.
  24. LOL! Now that's something about me 😉 haha I wish it was bright pink.
